  2. Bad... And getting worse!

    I had high hopes for the new format, as it greatly mimics current Outlook UX and like the upgraded Features. But... after using it for a few months, its PAINFULLY clear, the new AOL Mail is just LIPSTICK ON THE SAME OLD PIG! - There still no way aggregate email or make follow up notes. And there is no way to mark an email as Urgent or Important. The Biggest Issues is the Non-Stop ADS! And now, the Ads are so Invasive, there is a nasty little popup that you get when you try to hide the ads! Of course,…

  5. add capability to insert (not attach) pictures inline. My god, every mail engine on the planet can do this

    what? I can't inline insert a picture? Even gmail lets me do that. Please add this. I cannot believe you've gone backward in time.

  9. Learn words. One of the options under spelling should be learn this word or add to my dictionary.

    Some dictionaries have not caught up with current words. Emoji for example. Instead of ignore or another suggestion have an option to add to dictionary. Some proper names are not in a dictionary so we should be able to add them to our dictionary as well.

  10. Read Mail Not Going To Old Mail, Slow Search Bar

    I can not use this new version of AOL in my office. Multiple employees are answering emails twice or more as new emails are not moving to old main. The search bar types so slow. Old emails can not be retrieved as easily. Classic AOL was far superior.

  11. Fix the slide bar on the right side of messages

    Whenever returning from a link on the left side panel, to return to the New Mail option, the slide bar on the right side of the email list consistently scrolls down the list to items listed hours/days earlier. Please fix this fault to make the slide bar go to the top of the list where the most current item is listed. Thank you.

  12. I absolutely hate the new aol mail. HATE IT. So much has been taken away and more stuff has been shoved down our throats.

    Give us the option to hide the side stories on the "Today on AOL" mail page. Bring back all of the fonts and let us decide how we want to type emails. Give us back the ability to pick the font size WITHOUT YOUR CHOICE OF WHAT FONT GOES WITH THE FONT SIZE. Stop shoving down our throats what you want us to see. STOP THIS FREAKING INSANITY.

  19. VPN - are you bleeping nuts- banks allow VPNs. Are you top secret Pentagon or just aholes\

    Normally financial institutions allow to log in with VPN down and many allow VPN use. You need to get a life instead acting liike fascists. We should be allowed to use VPNs, You are not Pentagon to block VPNS. God forbid somebody accessed our Spam. You act as pompous aholes not caring about users. We need VPN to protect ourselves on line. The complaint to my Congress rep is coming.

  20. Are you bleeping nuts- why more security than financial institutions

    I cannot access my spam, draft folders. I logged on and than put back VPN which many vendors allow. Financial institutions allow VPNs. ARE YOU HARASSING ME OR YOU ARE JUST BLEEPING IDIOTS? Can you start being civilized? Who would care to break into spam or trash folders. I will contact my Congress rep about this HARASSMENT.
