  2. An alert when a specific sender emails me

    I only check my emails once or twice a day, but sometimes I get a rare important message that needs to be answered immediately. Can you have a feature that for specific important selected senders, I can get a text or a push notification on my phone if they message me? Thanks!

  4. Return to your "PREVIOUS FORMAT". A "frustrated customer" speaking at you AOL.

    Return your wider varied selection of stationary and font.
    Increase the size of the emojis to fit the page/letter you're inserting them in. Presently they are so small you can't tell what the emoji is that has been added to the letter or comment.
    Your so-called "Large" font in the settings are still difficult to read.
    We should be able to increase the size and boldness to what is comfortable for the user.
    On December 5th, 2023 I commented on your Lack of Holiday and Seasonal themes. Returning your large selection of themes, stationary, font selection and the above items…

  7. Not Americans with Disabilities Friendly Email Anymore

    Bring back what AOL had before this horrendous mess. It is not disabled Americans Act friendly. I have eye problems and this new layout is a real strain on my eyes. Cannot read email the way I used to. Also, when going down list and marking delete - 90% of the time I have to redo it or delete one at a time. The box to check it off is too small.

    Would like to assign different colors to different messages so I can quickly identify subject matter. For instance mail from personal friends and another color to business email or financial, etc.

  9. The format for writing an e-mail is limited ! I hate it!

    Just very frustrated...limited space to see what I have written cannot see the send or draft boxes!! Cannot blame it on a current MAC 3 years old!

    I had high hopes for the new format, as it greatly mimics current Outlook UX and like the upgraded Features. But... after using it for a few months, its PAINFULLY clear, the new AOL Mail is just LIPSTICK ON THE SAME OLD PIG! - There still no way aggregate email or make follow up notes. And there is no way to mark an email as Urgent or Important. The Biggest Issues is the Non-Stop ADS! And now, the Ads are so Invasive, there is a nasty little popup that you get when you try to hide the ads! Of course,…

  17. add capability to insert (not attach) pictures inline. My god, every mail engine on the planet can do this

    what? I can't inline insert a picture? Even gmail lets me do that. Please add this. I cannot believe you've gone backward in time.
