    Using aol mail online in iPhone (app loads way too slowly to use functionally) I can no longer see the rest of the thread. It says “show trimmed content” but nothing is there, and where is show preview content. I want to see the original message and can no longer do that.

  3. I am 88 years old and have had AOL for 30 yrs. I don't want anything but my free email. It is my only way to keep up with old friends and bi

    I have old emails that are extremely important to me. I do not want to pay because I am 88 years old and on a limited budget. Surely you can allow me to keep this free email account! This account is like a diary to me and I know that many senior customers are as disappointed as
    I am.

  4. Moved emails stay in inbox

    I “move” emails to a file folder yet they remain in my inbox. This just started happening two days ago. What’s the problem?

    This account has been open since 1999. I goto download my data and there is nothing there? Where is my 20 plus years of data?

  6. Why doesn't copy & paste work with AOL Email anymore? It reduces the article's print to small size and totally will not copy the image. This

    Why doesn't copy & pasting of an article or recipe in an email not work anymore? i used to copy & paste recipes with an image and now when I copy & paste the print size is really small and the images will not print out.
    I have eye problems and this new format is causing me problems with my eyes because of the small print size!

  7. This new format impedes my ability to work!!

    Can no longer create a list. Can't look back at an old email while creating a new one without the new one closing. Can't find or edit lists.

  8. App password can not be created

    Generating App password sadly does not work for me. I am signed up for some days now and logged in every day to try. The error message: This feature is unavailable right now appears.

  9. cursor size

    Cursor Size: despite having an easily-visible cursor on my Linux Ubuntu desktop, when I open AOL MAil (or Zoho Mail), the cursor is tiny, faint, and very hard to see. Changing the size on the Desktop makes no difference. It would be great if AOL Mail allowed the user to choose the cursor size, shape and colour to suit them!

  13. Can you initiate an interim re-login without completely kicking me out?!

    I sort of understand that you want to make sure logins are fresh for security reasons, esp for those of us who remain logged in for days at a time. The problem is that you simply kick me out to force a re-login, which is lazy and unnecessary. I'm working, I've got several items open, and I've got a contingent of 6-8 searches on tabs across the top (love that feature by the way) that I reference often. I will often launch a search as a reminder for something I need to address but don't have time at the moment…

  14. IMPROVE NAVIGATION TO OLD EMAILS. CANT GO DIRECTLY TO SET YEAR OR BACK EMAILS.

    Trying to go to specific emails for a year and unlike prior classic view, Im unable to go directly to year. No option to fast forward or click on pages to get to next. Have to go through all emails from 2024 to 2018 just to get to 2018 emails, takes hours. Also, if selecting all, cant select just for set amount I am viewing, it selects all emails in its entirely from begining to end. Improve the navigation.

    Why are you changing mail format? AOLs Base is 50 yr Olds and older. Why are you chasing us off. If it's money give us something useful!

  17. Implement sub-addressing

    Would like to be able to have some kind of sub-addressing separator
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Email_address#Sub-addressing

    This would be helpful for filtering spam and identifying how the spam got to my inbox. Really filtering in general.
    For example, using + as a separator:
    If your screen name was "ExampleScreenName", your regular email address might be ExampleScreenName@aol.com
    If you need to provide your email address somewhere you can instead use ExampleScreenName+someonlinestore@aol.com
    Now you can filter by the send to address. If you start receiving spam from a certain subaddress, you have a better idea of who might have been compromised or gave away your…

  20. The Previous AOL worked very well for me. Go back or I will go to GOOG.

    I have been on AOL for many, many years. The new system does not work for me. I would like to go back to the old system.
    Without reverting to the previous system, will be forced to move to another email system.
