Some new ideas about Kontakte
Die Sortierung der Kontakte nach den Vornamen ist völlig ungebräuchlich. Es gibt kein Verzeichnis, das nach Vornamen sortiert ist. Man kann es umstellen auf Sortierung nach Familiennamen, aber es springt immer wieder bei Neustart zurück.
Auch die bunten Zeichen oder Wappen bei jedem Kontakt sind eine dumme Spielerei.
Es ist auch unsinnig, wenn ein Teil der Kontakte nicht angezeigt werden und extra aufgerufen werden müssen.

Stop the icons for Contacts, Calendar, Settings etc continually reverting to a horizontal display that obscures part of the mailbox.
I keep changing them to a vertical display and they keep changing back.

Please add email function to choose to encrypt a msg, & attachments
security needs are becoming tighter. Find that others are sending me encrypted msg. re: financial and health. But i cannot respond likewise

Please widen the email reading/writing window
The right side-panel, wherein I find my contacts, etc. (instead of the old setup on the left side), takes up too much screen for reading email properly. I am a paying customer and you tell me if I get the FREE VERSION I can have a wider email screen.?...Really, truly? I pay, why would you offer this to a free version person and not the paying version person? Illogical. Unless that panel holds ads and you want me to be harrassed by ads. Hmmm. mail format
When sending and responding and then responding again, multiple times, on the screen a line down the left side appears. And then with multiple emails, another line and another line, etc appear. This takes up too much room on the left side of each email. Please either remove this feature, or make it an option in the settings.

Locating my plan vs other plans and ability to cancel is virtually impossible to find. AOL continues to be most irritating and have never been at all pleased with it, but just stuck.

Email change language
The email that I received turned to Greek in the computer, both on AOL Desktop Gold and AOL website. ALready did troubleshooting as necessary. ON the other hand, the same email on the phone is still in English. Even the preview of the email in the computer is in English but when opened, it goes to Greek.

Adding or editing contacts is very cumbersome.
Adding new, or editing existing, contacts is very cumbersome. I always have to click "show 34 more". How about a spreadsheet format list, like excel, similar to what we used to have?

More than one saved emails will send without the body message included.
Saved emails that are forwarded later will not include the message body if more than one copy is saved to be forwarded to different multiple recipients. Please fix this major fault.

When are you going to sort this software out? Its got some decent features, but the implementation is a MESS
and PLEASE don't tell me to contact you on Twitter (its for twits) or Facebook (privacy violations) only. What a comment on the product and the management that you cannot use your own email.
and then (on 240620 ), are you aware that Sent items can be Moved to the Archive folder, using a set of keystrokes which is an error, but actually does something (ie, that is a design fault on its own?) but once in the Archive, it appears you CANNOT move them back to "Sent " . The option is not available. Dozy, just dozy. Careless testing.…

AOL Mail does not work with Windows XP.
I use the Firefox Browser on my Windows XP desktop.
In May 2024 I could see my emails using AOL Mail in the browser.
Now in June 2024 it will not show me all my emails.
I did open an email, but it would not let me close the email.
On the right side of the screen there used to be ads. Now that part of the screen is blank.
Would like to go back to pre May 2024 AOL Mail, or please correct the AOL Mail software so it will work…695th ranked -

Give me the ability to delete my alias or at least hide it from sender and receiver. I had to pay to get absolutely no help; unacceptable!
Give the user the ability to delete the alias. I tried to delete and saved by changes only to have the alias reappear on my sender space in email. Now both my normal email id and my alias show to whoever I am sending email to. This is unacceptable and I want this alias to be hidden from everyone or completely deleted.
