Sorting emails after searching
After you search for a word, etc in emails. There are only 4 options to sort. I need, and I would think most people would need, to search by individual email sender. If it is a common word you get lots or returns and can't wade through all of it easily. Should actually be able to sort by each column and be done. It is 2024 afterall, not 1990.

give support staff the answers to the info required to verify ownership of accounts.
Give support staff access to the info required to verify account ownership such as security questions and account owners names. If support staff had access to the security question answers, they could help account holders and avoid getting the account suspended or temporarily locked. support staff should have unlimited attempts to security questions back up info and user names.

Improve customer service, less greedy for fees. Find internal bugs
AOL tech support phone system is not sensitive to respond. Some time I need to repeat multiple times to get through. I had a bad experience with your technician, had difficulties to get through, when I put number 1 in the survey, it automatically changed to 4. Some people designed a software to cheat the AOL administration. AOL service is deteriorating, Greedy for fees but not to improve quality. One tech hanged up my phone call. An investigation is needed to find this bug. Please learn how Gmail is doing, to find why you are left behind.

FIX THE APP
If I read a new email on my AOL computer app, it automatically moves the new email that has been read & then moves that email to the old folder, but on my Samsung 23 Ultra Android AOL phone app, if I read the new mail, it will not change the mail & mover to old mail on my computer? So if I read all my emails on my phone, once I get to my computer I have to read all the emails again as it kept them as new on it. Case No, 20287659 Please get it to sync…

Bewildering changes.
You can improve AOL by returning it to pre-AOL-Gold formatting. That was the beginning of the end; these current changes are the end. Just one example: the Reply, Reply All, Forward at the bottom of the screen. Having to scroll down through many messages to reply. Then when typing the new message, it disappears behind the Send button after two lines. What reasoning.

keep standard version
Can not keep my aol account on standard and not able to move messages to folders on basic, kinda sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Confidential or Secure Messages
Can you add the ability to send Secure/Encrypted messages similar to Gmail's Confidential mail or Outlook.com's Encrypted Message?
I sometimes use my email to send/receive work related messages and having this ability would help. I currently have to use Gmail via SMTP to send these types of messages from AOL.

Desktop Gold for Macintosh is needed ASAP
I have used AOL for a long time on all Apple Devices in "Mail" app and AOL Desktop and Mobile Mail. It now only works at "mail.aol.com". When using "Mail" your servers constantly disconnect.

Warum ist rechts das kleine Suchfeld und auch diese Seite immer alles in englisch geschrieben.Es gibt doch auch genügend deutsche User.Ich bin 79 Jahre und lerne doch nicht englisch in diesen Alter.Ich bin von Anfang an bei AOL ,aber sowas gab es noch nie ,alles in englisch.

Please allow for smaller font in the inbox-
I see people asking for larger font- for some reason, even with large font turned off in my settings, i still have very large bold font in my inbox, meaning that i can only see a limited number of emails listed at a time. I would like the page to be closer to what i see when i am on Yahoo. (I recently changed from Yahoo because they got rid of their stationary, which is very important to me.) where is send button
I usually cannot find the send button on the new AOL. This is absurd. If you wish to improve AOL as stated above then revert to the classic AOL, the one that existed before the big improvement.
After all these decades I am going to have to give up AOL mail and switch to Gmail. AOL is unreliable (can't send messages) and therefore useless.
