username on aol desktop gold browser.
It is confusing on switching emails. It always stays highlighted on the top username, it does not tell you the email you are currently on. You have to go back to email to see what account you are on to switch to the owner username you wish to go to. Is should always highlight the username you are on to know to switch to the other user name

Limited stationary choices
I was searching for stationary with a patriotic theme, both because of the election and because of Veteran's Day, but there was none to be found. The choices available were very limiting. It seemed like there was more variety with the Classic AOL. Very disappointing.

Allow users to reduce the width of the advertising column and expand emails to a full page
You often can't read emails easily on aol because there is so much 'on top' stuff you only get about 3 lines of your email. Sometimes when you are trying to read something you can't read all the way across without moving the scroll bar to the right. So please fix this. Either allow your users to open an email in a new window as it was before or to reduce the size of all of the bumph above, to the left and to the right of what we are actually trying to read.

When inserting picture in email, it defaults to large.
When inserting picture in email, it defaults to large. Can there be a setting where we can change the default to what size we want. I always have to manually change each picture I've inserted to small manually and sometimes I insert 10 pics! Thank you.

Make Identity Verification Necessary Only Every 30 Days
"Stay Verified" when logging in can fail to actually work for too many reasons. If I clear my browser history/cache/cookies. My Add-ons or Extensions, etc etc. Please change the identity verification from every single time people want to sign in to every 30 days. This lines up perfectly with the requirement to sign in to your account every 30 days to avoid it being deactivated and would keep users safe while also not chasing them away from AOL entirely by being so strict with this particular security feature.

group email
I love the new email especially as I discover more and more keyboard shortcuts.
Search by sender works great but I would love to see a group by sender option which would just give the number of emails per sender and a delete option! Would allow me to clean up by inbox so much faster.

I can not put the junk mail I get and block it anymore and I get at least 20 to 30 spam email every day. I need you guys to block anything that goes into the spam folder.

Better solution for email rest password
I’ve been on the phone waiting for an agent , more than 30 minutes and the agent by the name Catherine Adam did not resolved the issues or follow through with the verification process I offered my legal documentations and still no help . Don’t waste your time waiting for the phones agents who acts as if they will assist you . It’s all bs ! Why do you even have a support number if you can’t even provide service to help customers?! This is the second time I was locked out my aol account with nothing resolved

Search function in AOL Mail
Sometimes when I search for an email I received from someone recently, using a name or key word I’m lucky to pull up emails from months ago! The search function is nearly useless! FIX IT! Today I was looking for an email from a few months ago. It pulled up emails, some of the most recent were from 2022!

Unresponsive print icon
We've been having issues with the print e-mail function. It works most of the time, but occasionally -- and it seems to be happening more frequently -- the print icon becomes completely unresponsive. Click on it and nothing happens, no response. We've found that refreshing the page does get it to start working again -- but clearly there is a problem there that needs to be addressed.
