    The Subscription button should also be available for more than the main email account. Documents, Pictures, Subscriptions and Travel for all email accounts not just the main account

    I am writing to request the ability to sort emails by sender within the Inbox. This functionality would significantly improve efficiency, particularly when reviewing communications from key stakeholders or managing high‑volume correspondence.

  9. creating distribution lists

    I followed the directions for creating an email distribution list, but after adding the emails, the "save" button did not activate, so I can't create the list. I cleared cache, tried creating the list under both Firefox and Chrome, still to no avail. Any suggestions?

  10. Suddenly lot receiving email from my family! What happened? Also can't send mail from my phone to myself.

    Please fix the mail to that I can get messages from my family again. Political mail comes through fine. I don't understand!

  15. Do not allow the vulgar filthy spam emails to get near a mailbox.

    Please AOL do not ask for feedback if you continue to ignore them. AOL can be improved by stopping the continuation of the vulgar; filthy spam emails that are sent daily. it is not enough to say that they go into the spam email. These abhorrent spam emails should be filtered and not allowed into the customers mailbox. I have written about this issue to AOL several times. Instead of AOL stopping this garbage from reaching the mailbox they are increasing daily. Currently, there are so many of the filthy spam e-mails that since only 500 could be accommodated in…

  16. "Switch to Basic" button missing. New version slows computer and is harming my work

    Allow users to switch back to basic. Especially when new version was not requested. New version uses too much memory and slows down my computer and harms my work.

  19. I have to reboot my laptop after logging in because too much data is loaded and it crashes Chrome and ever other open program runs slower.

    please reduce the amount of data you load when I login to https://mail.aol.com or allow me to turn off certain features.
