Spacing Issues & Forced Grouping by Date
Is "ANYONE LISTENING." This horrible, ridiculous, visually painful, dumbed down version of AOL (and I've used AOL mail, various email addresses for various purposes for nearing 30 years, so I'm NOT happy, I was loyal, now I feel forced to leave AOL) - is GROUPING our inbox (possibly other folders as well, honestly it's too visually painful and mind spinning to look at it to check) into time/day/week/month. stop seeing alcohol ads
I do not want to see ads for alcoholic items. I DO NOT SEARCH for them and do not understand why they pop up on my email screen. How can I stop this?

Improve SPAM Blocker
Your solution for blocking spam (senders) doesn't work. Some senders addresses are not shown when cursor is placed on the sender name or ID. Some messages after clicking “Block Senders” will disappear and return within 5 seconds. One example is the sender address of team@proudpatriots.com. This address is always in my spam and I can’t block the sender.

Have more options for AOL Support Help. I don't use Twitter or Facebook. I should be able to get all the help I need through the AOL website. You are offering Help that limits who can access it.

Need to access hyperlinks for zoom classes.
If you don't make this so called "new, improved" aol mail so that we can click on hyperlinks to access Zoom, we will all be dropping aol. Right now if I want to access a zoom class I HAVE PAID FOR, I have to forward it to a gmail account. I might as well just change my email address to gmail and drop AOL altogether. We have been asking for this ever since you made the change and it falls on deaf ears.

Stop blocking incoming emails.
Why am I not receiving certain emails. I am awaiting important emails from my bank for access codes.....but these are getting blocked automatically from AOL. I understand security but these do not even go to Spam so I can choose if I want to read them. Makes me wonder what other emails I am not getting.

Can Not Leave News Comments.
You are owned by Yahoo. I go to the News Page on AOL run by Yahoo. For the past Three or More years I have been Blocked from leaving Any Comments . For example, if I leave a comment like, " What's Up ?"... within 2 minutes it is Blocked & taken down. The ONLY time I have ever used Foul Language was after Years of being Blocked & knowing the moment will Not Be Posted. This was only after not getting ANY solutions from your tech people, who do try to help, but come up with no answer.

I cannot copy and paste from Word documents properly in the new AOL format.
When I copy and paste from a Word document into the New AOL Mail it adds a carriage return, line feed to each of my carriage return line feeds and thus adds a bunch on white space throughout my documents, frequently turning a 3 page document into a 5 - 6 page document. This did not happen in the Old AOL Mail. When I save each document as a text document and then copy and paste from the text document the extra carriage return line feeds does not happen.
