  1. I HATE the new version and I will not stay without sorting options for mail. I am also missing 500 emails

  4. block more senders from my spam mailbox. Currently I can only block certain emails from spam.

    I would like to be able to block all spam. Why am I not able to block all spam mail? Sometimes I get repeated spam and can only delete and not block.

  5. Metal Roof Ad over inbox mail AND other Ads (big problem)

    I keep choosing to hide ads that are irrelevant to me, click "other" have tried "offensive "have tried all options of why when providing feedback as to why I want to hide the ad," AS SOON AS I'M DONE THE SAME AD/ADS CONTINUE TO SHOW? It's bad enough that we're spammed with these irrelevant Ads since AOL became "YAHOO LIKE," but you're providing an option to hide an Ad you're not interested in for whatever your reason, and to provide feedback about why, and then your "latest upgrade/downgrade" continues to show it to you anyway? Is anyone driving this train?

    Bring back the option to open an email in a new window. It is a useful feature that aids productivity.

    I cannot believe how someone in the design team thought it was a good idea to remove!

    FIX THE AOL HAIL MAIL CHANGE!!! CHANGE IT BACK!!! THE MAIL SERVICE UPDATE WAS A 30 YEAR DOWNGRADE. THE AOL MAIL WAS BETTER ON DIAL UP ITS SOOO BAD NOW. IT WAS FASTER TO READ WHEN YOU STARTED AOL!!!! THIS SUCKS, CAN'T USE, CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!!! YES IM SCREAMING, READ FEEDBACK AND FIX EMAIL NOW!!!!!

    After inserting the image in the email compose window, click on it and the picture editor toolbar should appear. The first two option are to rotate the picture, the last one is the Edit option.

    It is critical that I am able to crop, resize, rotate, recolor etc. images and photos as I was able to be do just 1 week ago with the edit image function.…

  11. Spacing Issues & Forced Grouping by Date

    Is "ANYONE LISTENING." This horrible, ridiculous, visually painful, dumbed down version of AOL (and I've used AOL mail, various email addresses for various purposes for nearing 30 years, so I'm NOT happy, I was loyal, now I feel forced to leave AOL) - is GROUPING our inbox (possibly other folders as well, honestly it's too visually painful and mind spinning to look at it to check) into time/day/week/month.   13. Reduce size of ads appearing in right block--distracting & annoying; I purposely will NOT buy products in these annoying ads.

    ANNOYING ADS HAVE REVERSE EFFECT--CAUSES USER NOT TO BUY THESE ITEMS--ANNOY ME & I REFUSE TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT.

  14. put the senders REAL email address in the inbox display

    Your new inbox format shows me a message from "Wells Fargo". After nI open the email I can see that the email comes from "Wells Fargo John.Dillinger@gmail.com. NOW John Dillinger knows that I have opened that email. He knows that he has a good potential scam victim.
    Please put the senders REAL email address in the inbox display. That way I can send it straight to trash.

  19. stop seeing alcohol ads
