Basic Version Access
Please allow access to the classic version. I used to be able to switch back and forth. Now, you're purposely not making it available. And I hate this version. I can't "see" my email. It's too much clutter. I preferred the page by page format. It can't be much of a hassle to allow users who want to use that version access.

your authoritive verication process SUCKS. It takes 2 tries to ket a code meaning I have to wait a minute before I can sign in
Any other email company does not have such a difficult process to sign in. GET RIDE OF IT!

Please don't change "(1)" in text to a circle with a 1. It's a problem in quoting from something numbered that way. I tried every fix.

Make it easier to correct a recipient's e-mail address
Make it easier for users to correct a recipient's e-mail address when composing a message. I don't appreciate having to click on the x to delete the address, then start over and hopefully type it without any errors. It's time-consuming and irritating.

The order of the emails in the inbox is out of order
In the new mail folder the 1st email is from yesterday, the 2nd one is from today, the next ones are from yesterday and then after them it shows some today's email again and the error continues and ocurrs on all the folders. if i click on sort by old to new it sorts them out correctly today, yestreday and then by the date and then if I move it back to sort from new to old it gets out of order again. The error ocurrs on Windows PC using edge and chrome and also on my smartphone using aol's…

Depuis de très nombeuse années je n'ai été (concecté) CONNECTE qu'a A.O.L. Francais et tout a toujours été parfait;
Pourquoi AOL, ne marche plus et je suis obligé de faire des centaines opérations qui ne fonctioonent pas.,
Avant avant toutes les actions fonctionnaiet impécables
Où il est le bon temps d'avant ??? et surtout que faire pour m'en sortir ???

Add “Forward as Attachment” / “Attach Message” to AOL Mail Web
Please add a native “Forward as Attachment” / “Attach Message” feature to AOL Mail on the web as soon as possible.
This option should work in AOL Mail across supported web browsers, including Vivaldi, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and other browsers, rather than being limited to a particular desktop application or browser.
Currently, AOL Mail’s normal Forward button inserts the original message inline into the new message. The More menu also does not provide a “Forward as Attachment” or “Attach Message” option.

Provide users the option to chat directly with staff instead of directing them to send a message through social media, the AOL help page or make a phone call.

Don't save e-mail addresses
Don't automatically save the e-mail address of the recipient(s) after I send a message. I don't appreciate it showing up later as a contact auto suggestion and clicking on x to remove it, especially if I only send a message to that address once.

Show all contacts
Don't show phrases like "^ 3 more" if there are more than 4 addresses listed for a particular letter. Just show all of them. It's a hassle clicking on ^ every time I'd like to send a message to a contact not displayed.

Bring back the option to always show cc/bcc when composing a message. I don't want to click on cc or bcc every time I'd like to use it.
