Stop the "Open in Split Screen" option.
This is a pain in my butt. When I attempt to put my emails in a folder, the Open in Split Screen will appear on the left of the screen, and that will prevent me from releasing the email in the folder. Then I have to do the process over again to store my email in the proper folder. Please get rid if this.

Remove check mark from stay signed in box on account sign in page
I see that you have put the check mark in the 'stay signed in' box on the account sign in page again. I do not want to stay signed in and I find it more than a little disturbing that you want to try to trick me into it. I take my online security seriously and would expect you to do the same. Why would you want me to stay signed in anyway? What's in it for you?

stop allowing ancially.com to phish, there are many of them and even when one is blocked others appear in inbox.
you are not keeping up. everything that ever comes with
ancially.com at the end (hidden under what looks like a real name like Verizon Account for example). these keep showing up. Stop them, Sue them, if not the aol should be sued.21st ranked -
Slow
Everything in my mail comes up so slow! I have had AOL since I began emailing, maybe 20+ years ago? It has been so slow this past year or so. I wait 4-5 seconds for a mail to come up & then when want to put it into a file- again 4-5 seconds. So much time wasted. My ISP said that I should ask you to update the version. I have no clue. Just know it is not the same AOL I used to have. Can you please update my version to restore the faster access please? : ( Fran

Attachment disappears - PLEASE FIX
I use AOL through chrome. When I send an email with an attachment, everything works fine.
However, when I receive a reply from the recipient, the attachment has disappeared and is no longer in the thread.Please fix this so the attachments are retained throught the thread of emails.

when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..
but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??
I can delete it but not move mail from new mail.I'm using a Samsung phone android operating system..

Since Mon 11/17, not receiving emails from some senders. Don't know all of them. The Athletic, gmail, optonline are a few. I have been told to have senders fill out senders.yahooinc.com. This seems unrealistic since how do I contact their IT department? I don't even know all the senders that have been affected. This was fine until Mon 11/17 when several legit emails showed up in spam. I marked them as not spam. Get rid of the ad at the top of new emails!
Is there some way to permanently remove the ad that looks like a new email? I have an ad-blocker on my browser (Safari) but this dreaded thing keeps showing.

split view
Please remove the Split View option or provide an option to have it pop up. Every time I try to file an email into a folder on the left, the Split View screen pops up on the left and then I have to start again to try to file the email into a folder. Frustrating!!!

In the Android app, format the email print so that it has borders.
Printing emails from the Android app does not have borders. The app needs to be improved to format the print by adding borders.

limit number of emails per page
Currently, AOL Mail displays an unlimited number of emails on a single page, which makes it extremely difficult to scroll, manage, or delete old emails efficiently. When trying to use the "Select All" feature, it keeps adding every email that auto-loads as I scroll, making it impossible to control the selection.
This endless scrolling also prevents me from reaching or reading the emails at the bottom, creating a frustrating user experience. Please add a setting to limit the number of emails shown per page—such as 25, 50, or 100—similar to what other email platforms offer. This would greatly improve usability…
