  3. Help site does not help! Why not add a, "go back to old format" button so people can just click. Why make it user Unfriendly?!

    Totally agree- new format is awful- Other was simpler & easier to read & navigate
    I called AOL & was told that we are stuck with it (seems like a lot the the feedback is negative). Maybe with enough of us complaining the person who created the new format will find a way to change it back to the original.
