  4. Help site does not help! Why not add a, "go back to old format" button so people can just click. Why make it user Unfriendly?!

    I have had AOL for 50 years --and this new mail is very very bad and I am thinking seriously of tossing AOL and going to another mail platform. Whoever came up with this idea needs to be fired and all the3 bosses who approved this needs to be fired also. Return to classic mail by the end of August 2023 or I will leave AOL.
