Fraudulent Advertising of Products by Featured Advertisers
I purchased a product promoted on your news stories on 11/26/2018. My email to Senzusharpener follows:
My order # **** has been received. However it is not as advertised and is not acceptable.
Both your promotion and the package promise a diamond coated wheel system. I have inspected the three units I purchased and each is equipped with nothing more than blade and ceramic sharpening systems. I could purchase these for much less and, in fact, already own such items.
The sharpening devices are contained in replaceable cartridges. The wrong cartridges have been installed and this is not acceptable.

Your outsource tech support is extending their on line time
I've had 3 recent experiences with your outsource "tech support". They tend to jump into diagnostics without checking the basics. My last experience was a question about an outage which impacted all three computers at this site. Rather than checking for info to a possible outage he started diagnostics on my maching (rather carelessly) had to stop him because my wife had the same experience the prior week and lost all her contacts and calendar because the tech didn't save anything first as a caution. Over charging for programs
Your programs you are charging $3.99 a month for are a very bad deal for subscribers and not a benefit. You are way over charging. I can go to the companies web site and get it for a fixed price for $25 to $30 and not make continuous payments. Your techs are instructed to sell it and I tell them what I stated here and that it is not their fault, One program, Super Anti Spyware is not so super and is rated very low. Whenever I post information where people on the forums can actually find out the truth about something........newspapers, archives, government sites......you monitors continue to delete it. WHY? I have real concerns re: instability of aol gold
I've been with AOL for over 20 years, but I'm very concerned about the lack of stability with aol gold. The last week of aol activity has been very frustrating. Here's what I'm seeing: 1) I sent an email to a friend,

A monthly fee? Okay, I get it...but to start charging for email controls, and ad free AOL...Whats next charging for favorite places? Any customers that I deal with from now on that want me to set up an e-mail account for them will not be directed to AOL e-mail and more important AOL GOLD.

Please add a flag to the emails as before. They were very useful!
I think it's self explanatory and I was told it might be put into a new update.
Also please send an email when you update a function that we might find useful. Especially if it might not be obvious at first glance.

When clicking on an image in an email.. (not sure if attached or embedded, as shows both names at bottom and image in the email)
Got on twice on two different images..I get a web page with this error msg.

When downloading files
The old Desktop 'remembered' the previous location. Gold resets after every download to my 'Windows Download directory' ..
1 - LET ME set the default directory
2 - LEAVE the previous directory path alone! Don't reset unless I DO IT. -

BE ABLE TO REACTIVATE AN OLD ACCOUNT!!
I have 1,000 of dollars invested in Apple music that's tied to my AOL account. And once it's been used and it deactivated you cannot reactivate it. Apple said that's the only way to get my music back. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of that with AOL it deactivates after 90 days of not using it and cannot be restored no matter what. Pathetic.

Misinformation: false or inaccurate information! This is all AOL is capable of pushing on its subscribers. AOL is run by brain dead, self-centered, egotistical, maniacal babies. According to AOL, "it has been reported that 2 plus 2 equals 5"!
