i can no longer scan documents to aol gold from my printer,scanner copies at work, I can scan to my GMAIL acct,
i was able to scan from august 2017 till dec 15.2017 then it stopped i could only scan and email to my gmail acct

I don't like Gold either. Just making it work like the 9.8 AOL would be a great step. When in the address book, pressing a letter should take you to that letter''s area of the address list. When an email is selected in the email list, it will only stay selected for a few seconds. Right clicking on an entry in the list of emails will not select that email.

cant delete down load history
When i hit edit in 9.8 and earlier, i could select several box's including download history, now that box wont work, I want those visited sites gone when i am done,, and in craigslist, each city and topic highlights when visited so i know is saw it once, now that i cant clear the visited sites, these stay highlighted, making the daily visit terrible as i look at a hundred sites and items and cant keep track

Fix E-mail so that attached documents do not appear/print as a continuation of the e-mail text.
Previous AOL provided for an e-mail text with an attached document to be opened/read/printed separately. Now, the attachment appears as a continuation (in large font) of the e-mail text. This is an undesirable feature and needs to be corrected.

I am missing a Download later function on my mailbox. If I have a number of emails with attachments that I want to download and extract I can only do them one at a time. Also the function always unzipped the file when finished downloading.

Allow Right-Click "Copy Image Address & Save Image As"
In Chrome a user is able to right click a web image and select " copy image address" or "save image as" among a few others .. this doesn't work in AOL Beta ....

Can not save favorites on the top of address book
In the previous versions I was able to save my favorite addresses at the top of the address book by typing a blank space in from of their names. I can still do it in Gold but it does not stay there, once I log off.
It is time consuming to find favorite addressees from the whole alphabetical list -
As many said, yes please let us preview mail again?
If I click inbox, I don't want to see my open mail, I actually miss the old inbox I miss being able to check in on the other accounts to see how many emails they might have from the sign off... Less ads, we are paying for this, fix the address book, fix the favorites (give me back my missing faves?)... Really, the main reason for purchasing AOL Gold is so that my mother (who barely even logs on anymore and always forgets her password) doesn't lose all her pics she's saved to aol, if I'm going to continue to…
For mail preview please follow these steps:
1. Go to mail on the top right, and select Mail Settings from the drop-down menu.
2. Check the option “Show message preview in mail list”
3. Changes are saved automatically. -
The "ignore" option in mail dropdown box no longer works. I used a lot to mark multiple emails as read .

Now you must Copy Paste into manual Spam Controls the long way around to accomplish this simple task. Why go backwards on this AOL Gold Version and make things harder for the AOL Subscriber? -
one more thing on the address book - address card...
On the old and better 9.8.2, the address card to the right of the contacts was 1. a larger box and 2. we could see more info!
What we see now without scrolling down is the name in a size 50 font. Why? Forced to scroll down the address card field, I see a giant Category followed by the listing of phone #s starting with the alphabetical FAX #. 9.8.2 showed us in a normal font 75% of the contact info yet now we see 5%. Wow, great Gold improvements.

Want the same way to save email to a specific file on MY PC
I want to save email to a file on MY PC and want to drag/drop to a file folder. I want reponse like it always was "dropped to file "gail misc" or whatever the file title may be. Now only "dropped to MY PC .

Mail waiting to be sent to File Explorer
Im looking for an option how to save his email from gold directly to file explorer. Like how I was able to do it on the old software.
Before, when I write a message and X it out, it will show me an option if I want to save it and once I click yes, it will save on my documents. But in gold that option was removed.
I was just looking for option how to save my mail waiting to be sent on file explorer automatically. -

My idea is for you everyday to stop having 50% or more of your stories attacking the President....It's really getting old & it is so bad you probably don't even notice it....pathetic, unprofessional and totally biased!
