AOL Gold does not allow any longer Right Click on unwanted E-Mails which Manually Blocks the E-mail. Bad Idea AOL Please restore this opt.
Now you must Copy Paste into manual Spam Controls the long way around to accomplish this simple task. Why go backwards on this AOL Gold Version and make things harder for the AOL Subscriber?

Under the MAIL heading the drop down (block unwanted mail) option is listed, but engineering decided to end that availability. When I now go on vacation, I can no longer block all mail. Since I get around 150 emails every day, if I go on vacation for 2 weeks, I will have around 2,100 emails waiting for me when I get home.
I used to make one click and I could block all emails at once.
The loss of this feature is ludicrous. I cannot continue with AOL like this. What idiot's idea was it to cancel this option.

Please, please fix right-click "ignore" on new emails so that it works and sends a new email to old file without opening it, but can read it later if we wish. Now we have to open every single email, whether we want to or not, to send to old email file. Very time consuming, especially for those of us who get tons of emails every day.

Please restore right click menu option to block an email address. It is too difficult to enter each address individually. This is just another shortcoming of AOL GOLD.

In old AOL Desktop, we are able to block a specific email address by doing a right click and there is an option block it. Now, in the new AOL Desktop gold, we can no longer see that feature. It is better to bring it back because it is much easier.

In the past, I was able to right click on an address in an email and block it. Now I have to go into mail and copy and paste it. Can you make blocking mail easler?

There is a significant defect in this new version of AOL email. On all previous versions, when you clicked on an email address you got a little menu, and one of the options was something like "Block this email address."
THIS HAS BEEN UNFORTUNATELY OMITTED FROM THIS CURRENT VERSION. it is presumed that this was unintentional, since tie feature was critical to the use of Aol email!
Thus please add this important feature back to the Aol software on a priority basis.

Go back to right click on email address and choose block and it automatically goes to blocked email addresses.

Go back to letting us right click and block spam emails. It was simple and easy..and having access to our emails offline!

Can not easily block emails. We are forced to retype the email address (which can be very long). Should be able to do it with one click.

not an idea, a question about mail controls. Block any or all senders.

Can you please enable a Right Click method of BLOCKING Email addresses?

The "old" very of AOL allowed me to block an email address from someone I had received an email from, by clicking on the email address and choosing "Block this Address." The new version does not have this critical feature. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE BACK ON AOL!!

I agree - once I put something in my spam folder, I want to block all the sender's junk e-mails without entering each address in the spam controls.

It's a lot easier to do it the old way than having to go into email options. Thank you.

The AOL GOLD, "Block Unwanted Mail" function does not work. We continue to receive both Spam and regular junk Email from those listed in the "Block Mail from addresses I specify" list in Mail controls. Can you please fix this?
AOL should also allow any Email address selected or highlighted to be added to the "Blocked Email" list in the "Mail" menu at the top of screen, simplifying a valuable function. This is yet another weakness in the AOL Gold program.
AOL has also removed a bunch of other valuable functions that make AOL GOLD very inefficient and cumbersome, then loaded it with Junk functions and then removed valuable features. Are they nuts? They also removed the "Internet Info" function from AOL Email which allowed you to trace the path of incoming Email, another valuable feature-function lost by removal and ineptitude. What colossal idiots.
