The "ignore" option in mail dropdown box no longer works. I used a lot to mark multiple emails as read .
How can I mark multiple emails as "read" without opening each one?

Email deletes are much better and for that I thank you. However, we still cannot ignore unopened emails.
PS. Really like the spell check.. and thanks for that.

Go to Inbox, highlight 1 or more emails, right click, IGNORE. This function does NOT work and no way to move my email to the OLD folder. Please FIX ASAP!!!

i am a travel agent. When I receiver hundreds of emails from around the globe, I cannot always read them. But if I ignore them, they sit where I can access them by keywords. Like if I need info on Italy vendors, all of those emails will populate. Gold has made it very difficult for me to do business easily. I can only read or delete. So frustrated .......
