    Please get rid of AOL Desktop Gold. It is horrible for Email. I have nothing but daily problems now with my email. I have been a paying customer of AOL for 25 years now. I have never had email problems until you started AOL GOLD. Now, its almost a daily issue.   3. Cannot Import Entire PFC + Subfolders

    Imported PCF from Aol 9.8.2e. Took 3 hours. Only data from 2006-2015. What happened to 2016-2018? No folders and subfolders - just a stupid listing that I cannot make subfolders for. Why can't AOL gold have subfolders? Otherwise, I can use that stupid aol.com and have pages and pages of folders for PFC.

  7. AOL Gold resets itself as my default Browser. I HATE THIS!! CUT IT OUT AOL. You never change trying to take over my system!!!

    STOP AOL GOLD FROM CHANGING TO MY DEFAULT BROWSER!!

  10. This is a HUGE bug. When I send an email with an attachment that is too large, in previous AOL versions, I would get a notice immediately...

    Now, I send a file that is too large, and it comes back ....Email Sent OK...... HOWEVER, it says it sent......BUT IT DID NOT SEND!!!!!! I sent an email 2 weeks ago. It shoed SENT fine. I found out today.....the file was NOT received. It showed in by SENT folder that it was sent fine!!! IT NEVER SENT....!!!!!!

  11. Get rid of the dotted lines when copying things onto a new email!

    When copying anything onto a new email (ex: invoices & bill statements), everything now (on AOL Gold) is surrounded by annoying dotted lines which only uses more ink when printing them out & makes it impossible to maneuver things around or delete the unwanted portions. Please get rid of this. These dotted lines are useless & never were never visible when copying on previous AOL software. Why did you put them there?

  16. Videos in your news stories do not play !

    When I try to see your news stories, 3 out of 4 times, I get a blank, black (or white) screen with no video, no text from the story and only hear the audio from the video. After r-loading page 3 or 4 times....sometimes it all shows up and plays OK. Not good.

  17. FIX THE EMAIL SYSTEM

    after reading a new email and marking it unread the email will sometimes go in the old email folder. I mark it unread to go back to new it goes into new then I check old folder and it's back in the old folder. I can go back and forth with this all day trying to keep an email new. Very frustrating. I have had tech support at least 3 times now with no fix. Hate the GOLD/CAN'T TRUST IT

  19. Favorites will not let you edit folder name & switches sizes when accessed.

    Problems with new gold version of favorites: 1. When you edit the name of a file in the favorites box there is no "save" button and if you return to the screen the title reverts to the original title. It will let you make and name a brand new folder but will not let you save and edit...or it is not made clear how to do it.2. When you click on the name of an item saved in a favorite file, the screen immediately enlarges so that you cannot see the left hand margin in the box with all the…
