AOL is best at taking your money, while ignoring avalanche of program complaints
AOL does nothing to fix and correct obvious years long, ongoing problems and bugs in the AOL Gold program, apparently ignoring their PAYING Customers. Terrible way to do business, meanwhile AOLs global poor reputation is overflowing.
To wit: When I drag the Red dot link into an email or elsewhere, cursor just sits there blinking and does nothing. Other times it will completely lock-up the AOL Gold program requiring C+ATL+Delete to restart, causing loss of everything currently open. What's the problem? Also, AOL Gold no longer allows closing a window by selecting X in the upper right corner without window…

I am still experiencing the same pop-up day after day. I know you've had similar complaints I've called 3 times to complain, to no avail.
Reading your AOL feedback, it seems many of us are having difficulties with the same pop-up that says nothing, redirects, etc, impossible to delete..very disconcerting. This a. m., it was relentless. What are you doing about this?

Aloha, We have contacted AOL Gold tech support Team multiple times about the problem described below. If you can not fix this, please let us know. We know many others have the same problem and there will multiple cancellations of AOL if it is not corrected. Please respond. Software stops working
Not sure exactly what the reason is but I have to re-install AOL Gold often, the premium security turns off and the settings menu will not open. I do not know the cause of this and it seems to just randomly happen, some weeks there is no issue. Other weeks it is 2 to 4 times a day, all of the settings will not open.

I need help getting rid of someone signing in. This has been reproved before and all I am advise it to change my password which I have did this. Using AOL Gold I normally get a message that I have a file open when trying to send it as an attachment. Today I kept getting an EC 4001 and a message that needed an address to send the email. Looks like there is a bug in the system that did not give me the correct error message.

Can't sign on securely - says your security certificate is out of date
Trying to sign in on my laptop says "This Connection is Untrusted - You asked to connect securely to api.login.aol.com. but we can't confirm that the connection is secure due to a problem with the websites security certificate (Cert Date Invalid) Such problems may indicate an attempt to steal your information.

Red number on aol desktop gold email
I have noticed that when I'm on aol desktop gold on my desktop which has amd hardware, the red number by the read icon goes down as I'm going through my email and yet on my laptop, which has intel hardware, the red number by the read icon doesn't always go down as I'm going through my email.
Looks like a bug in the aol desktop gold software.

AFTER IT IS SENT IT IS RECEIVED DOUBLE SPACED
IT ALSO HAPPENS WHEN I TYPE DIRECTLY IN AOL EMAILI TYPE AOL EMAILS SINGLE SPACED.
AFTER THEY ARE SENT,
THE EMAILS RECEIVED ARE DOUBLE SPACED.
PLEASE FIND A WAY TO CORRECT THIS.
