Multi McAfee Renew Messages
Tired of getting renewal messages for my benefit subscription for McAfee. Tried to reinstall McAfee on my phones and was told an email was sent to continue the process, but non ever arrives.AOL needs to clean up its act. Last time I had the VIP help line "fix" the problem of renewal - guess what it is happening again.

AOL GOLD only keeps emails for 2 weeks. It would be great to have emails for at least 6 mos. Google has them forever. My son says this is why "no one has AOL anymore." I have had AOL for more than 30 years, and I have been happy with it, but I am not happy being able to retrieve emails than are more than 2 weeks old. PLEASE improve this!

Desktop Pictures Out Of Sync With Captions
When you open AOL Gold, the pictures (1-55 for 3/28) are continually out of sync with the picture description. This happens every single day! e.g. The picture for picture number 35 has the description from picture number 34. That description from picture 34 stays on Picture 35 for 8 seconds and the correct description for picture 35 appears. I thought Verizon was going to fix the mess at AOL?????

My email box is going hey wire....
When I read an email and then mark it unread it would stay in fine print, that way I knew that I had looked at it. Now when I open an email and mark it unread, it goes back to bold like I have never opened it, so now I have a box full of what looks like to me, emails that I have never looked at and it has screwed up my entire system. Emails that I had a handle on and now I can not tell what is what anymore and it looks to me like I need…

Trouble with Desktop Gold AGAIN when logging in
We have 2 email addresses. We have to log in with user name and password every time. Clicking "save password" doesn't do a thing. The font is off also, and when I click on Mail Settings to change the font, nothing comes up.

AOL GOLD: "Ooops, Something Went Wrong" Anybody else get this a lot?
There is nothing wrong with my connection of computer. AOL Gold apparently has built-in glitches that need to be corrected or customers should be reimbursed.

I am subscribed to AOL Gold and when I tried adding another username, I got the message that I need to subscribe to AOL Gold. Do I have to pay additional fees for each username?
