  1. I am unable to update my payment information,

    There is not enough time to log off current name, log into alternate e-mail name to get 4-digit code, and log back in to enter it into the field, which. No other me do this. HELP

    By the way, the account information on the screen is correct.

  3. Billing Snafu

    Out of nowhere, I am told I must update my payment information. I was threatened with termination of my service if I did not update the payment method. When I called, I was told it was an issue between AOL and a credit card company.

    My payment method has not changed. With all the threats of theft of financial information, I was not comfortable having to input the information. When I finally did, the screen presented was so faint that I had a hard time finding where to input what, and the field for the security code from the credit…

  5. AOL scamming senior citizens

    How dare AOL try to scam me to pay $100 to remove virus software from computers in my household !!! After trying to download AOL Gold I received an error message to contact customer support which I did . After talking to several people , one Tech told me my new laptop had a virus and it will travel to all the computers in the household and he can clean them all for $ 99.99 . I am a Senior citizen and I believe AOL was trying to take advantage of me, by trying to make me believe this BS…

  6. Software stops working

    Not sure exactly what the reason is but I have to re-install AOL Gold often, the premium security turns off and the settings menu will not open. I do not know the cause of this and it seems to just randomly happen, some weeks there is no issue. Other weeks it is 2 to 4 times a day, all of the settings will not open.

    I am subscribed to AOL Gold and when I tried adding another username, I got the message that I need to subscribe to AOL Gold. Do I have to pay additional fees for each username?

  9. windows update took away my aol gold and I pay for my aol account.

    Please dont put blockers on account. We have had an AOL account for eons. Last week there was some kind of blocker the cause my laptop to lock up. Had to shut down every time I opened AOL. I contacted the number on the message about a problem with our account. The lady said we owed $ 28.00 approx, and they would fix if we paid the bill.

  12. Try again later, Oh Oh OOPS and don't forget the cute Broken Robot

    I have been using AOL to keep connected I am disabled and cannot get out.....over the past few months there have been continual times when I cannot log in, or when I log in and hit my Mail box it says many funny things that just tic me off, say try again later... this now has been going on for 2 days.   14. Subscription

    I subscribe to AOL Gold and receive email on my Ipad and my Blackberry (thank God). When I try to sign on on my desktop or laptop, it says I dont have a subscription. Had AOL for free since 1996, now I pay and have issues.

  15. when contacting you, I am asked to provide a mobile Phone #, since I do not have one this is not possible! Is their an alternative???

  17. account email notices differ. Same account, different computers

    I use Gold on two computers. I have a number of email addresses. In one computer when I click to change accounts the number of emails unread shows in a window. On the other computer it does not. How can you resolve this difference?

  20. Sloppy Service

    I'm certain this will be ignored, but lately AOL has become one major pain in the butt, First there is the delay is getting on after log one. Then, and the worst, is having to wait 30 seconds (& that is not a guess-that was timed.) Then, if lucky or patient enough for get on AOL, there is that "OOPS" page that comes from out of the blue. I've done 30 yrs with AOL , but that will come to an end. NOW, ISN'T THAT A GREAT IDEA!!!!!
