I am unable to update my payment information,
There is not enough time to log off current name, log into alternate e-mail name to get 4-digit code, and log back in to enter it into the field, which. No other me do this. HELP
By the way, the account information on the screen is correct.
We don’t have access to billing related information. Please call AOL Customer Support at 1-800-827-6364 and they will assists in updating your payment information.

I'd like to remove the debit card from my payment wallet I've used for years because the card was breached, but there is no option for that. I can ADD a new card, but can't delete the one that the bank canceled. How can I do that.

Yes, I'm really angry about your shabby treatment. By the way, the support person who helped solve the immediate problem was patient and professional. The real problem is why was my account frozen without warning and what assurance will you provide that this no-warning termination will not be repeated.

You froze my account, saying that my payment was in arrears $3.99. With difficulty and the assistance of your staff I was able to update my account to the identical payment information that you have been debiting for years. Payment was re-submitted and credited. This is unacceptable, as there was no reason to freeze the account which I have maintained with you for more than twenty years and paid monthly using the same bank credit card for more than fifteen years. I DEPEND ON THIS ACCOUNT TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS. Your support person was patient and helpful, but had no solution to offer when told that I can not read an incoming text message without disconnecting my voice line and did not have available a second computer that could receive a validation code by email. VERY SHABBY TREATMENT, I AM ENTITLED TO AN EXPLANATION AND APOLOGY, IF YOU CARE.

Why cant I delete a credit card and change payment methods. MY WALLET will not let me change CC, I need to DELETE one

my payment is continually increasing and none of your reps can tell me why. They just tell me to cancel my account if i don't like it. HORRIBLE customer service! i WILL be cancelling my account!
