'im completely unable to get my mail now that you've switched to the "new version" and there is no easy way to switch back to basic version' has been merged into this idea

windows update took away my aol gold and I pay for my aol account.

Windows update took away my AOL GOLD account and I am trying to get it back. I have paid AOL for years and I want to know why this happened. Please let me know AOL.

    After a Windows Update - Window NET framework 3.5 and 4.8 windows 10 Version 2004 for x64 (KB4578968 and KB4571756) update - my computer restarts with error AOLDesktop.exe - Bad Image and it will not let me even get to the AOL Gold screen.

    I have to go back in to windows update and delete the update to make AOL Gold load up and start working again. I have to put all windows update on hold for 30 days so I can use aol.

    Please look into this conflict and make an update to AOL so I can use windows updates again...
