The verification process is very laborious, had to identify literally a hundred images to progress through the AOL system all to verify why my password was not being acknowledged. Of greater importance: Please tweak the Desktop Gold software to allow the customer to ADD ADDITIONAL FONTS on the drop down menu . As everyone is very sensitive to branding the feature on the previous iteration allowed us in marketing, graphic design to gear our email correspondence to the visual sensibilities of our clients and reflect our own corporate identity BETTER.and more accurately. Remove Excessive Banners
For paying customers, banners should be minimized (meaning as few advertisements as possible; unless requested.)
Bring back the E-mail Preview pane. You've replaced that important frame with advertisements. Bad move.
Please bring back the e-mail preview screen; at least for paying customers. -
As I scroll down to read e-mails, I often stray a bit and accidentally send my mail to the SPAM folder. Bigger margins please. Thanks.
Please increase the margins to the right of the e-mail so that it is more difficult to accidentally select icons in close proximity.

Very surprised, and somewhat disappointed that there was no news regarding the Daytona 500 yesterday.
Was very surprised, and disappointed that there was no write-up regarding the recent Daytona 500 race that was won by one of Joe Gibbs drivers followed by another two of his drivers in the number 2 and 3 place. There should have been something about this topic given that Joe's eldest son died just last month and was a big part of Joe Gibbs racing.

Removing specific article or news from the welcome page overlay. The article is titled as "Amare 60" Wall-Mounted Single Bathroom Vanity Set with Mirror". The article would route me to a specific website when I clicked on it.

When I click on an article that says something like "state that uses the most candy" I want to immediately know what state that is!
When I click on an article that says something like "state that uses the most candy" I want to immediately know what state that is without having to click through a bunch of other states before I get to it. It's very annoying and really pi**es me off to the point where I'm ready to just get rid of AOL altogether.
