Fix E-mail so that attached documents do not appear/print as a continuation of the e-mail text.
Previous AOL provided for an e-mail text with an attached document to be opened/read/printed separately. Now, the attachment appears as a continuation (in large font) of the e-mail text. This is an undesirable feature and needs to be corrected.

Need to have the ability to change the font in the email listing.
Current font looks like the letters a bleeding - too much black. Every other program provides the ability to change fonts from a list of suggestions. The last suggestions I made took 15 years to happen. Let's not take that long again. That should be something that can be provided immediately!

Can not save favorites on the top of address book
In the previous versions I was able to save my favorite addresses at the top of the address book by typing a blank space in from of their names. I can still do it in Gold but it does not stay there, once I log off.
It is time consuming to find favorite addressees from the whole alphabetical list -
AOL hopelessly radical left leaning...
After being a subscriber for over 25 years, I must say I am utterly disappointed that AOL has become so LIBERAL...it is one thing to lean left, but to provide statistics based on their opinion is not worthy of them. I only wish they would get back to reporting facts and at least, try to stay neutral politically....half the country is conservative, some how they cannot accept that FACT!!

AOL desktop gold will not remember window sizes and positions. How can I fix this?
Allow me to set window sizes and positions so they are the way I want them to be when I log on to AOL Desktop Gold

Text color
Your text colors of light gray and light blue are very hard to read, and possibly contribute to eye strain -- especially for we older folk. Please upgrade those to darker colors for better contrast and easier reading. Try black and darker blue for the text. Thanks.

Extremely bad browser
I would not know where to begin. AOL Gold browser is not recognized by many sites, links in search engines do not change colors after viewing a URL, browser shows everything oversized, midis won't play, in browser settings you can no delete downloaded sites because box is greyed out... and there is too much more to list here. We need a better browser. AOL has made me hate going online. I must now use Internet Explorer to avoid problems. Why am I paying for this??

Stupid ads
I still think it is stupid to have picture captions that have to be activated so a damned ad can play where the caption should (used to) be, along the side of the photo. As it is now, if the caption button is activated, part of the photo is lost. STUPID!

Welcome screen produces AOL screen signin screen and then is unavailable. ?
I think there is a bug - no welcome screen. then aol screen signin - then unavailable pops up. This is kind of a mess.

why do we have to keep clicking
Why do we have to keep clicking backwards to get back to article #1? Refresh used to do it instantly but you've removed that option. And no, clicking on "refresh" at the AOL logo does not do the same - it only refreshes the page you're on!

There are so many improvements needed that I need to talk to someone in engineering or decision making. This new version is a step backward
Please call. THere are so many problems that I can't describe them all. Should have been worked out in engineering. Jim Kimsey would roll over in his grave if this product had been produced when he founded AOL. This is NOT easy to use for email and reading things. If you're trying to make this into a substitute for an I phone, it has lost its utility and you'll be driving people to Apple. AOL was for MAIL primarily, NOT TV, and so on. Mail Will Not Send
Today every single email I attempt to send results in "Mail won't send because of an error." There are no errors!!!! I have to put the mail into the drafts folder and then go there to send them. They go out without an error message, This is very time consuming and frustrating!!! Why can't AOL fix this problem that has been going on for a long time???

After being with AOL since it started, I've discovered that there's a limit to how much spam I can block.

I would like to open the file right a way or to open it automatically by just one click. it's too complicated to open the file i want to have a simple way to do that.

Speed up the downloads on the welcome page.
Stop baiting news with your adds. When you post a topic, you have to go thru a whole bunch of babble to get the answer to your first topic.

Welcome page stories
The stories on the welcome page are a joke!! Headline "#1 food you should never eat at a barbecue" I clicked on it and it shows a video on how to make a dessert out of pound cake???? This happens all the time they post a story line to suck you in and when you click on it it NEVER is about the headline !!! Its totally deceptive and full of propaganda !!
