There are so many improvements needed that I need to talk to someone in engineering or decision making. This new version is a step backward
Please call. THere are so many problems that I can't describe them all. Should have been worked out in engineering. Jim Kimsey would roll over in his grave if this product had been produced when he founded AOL. This is NOT easy to use for email and reading things. If you're trying to make this into a substitute for an I phone, it has lost its utility and you'll be driving people to Apple. AOL was for MAIL primarily, NOT TV, and so on. Those features are useful for some people, but you've lost the ease and utitily and SCREEN SPACE for AOL MAIL. Too many commercials, too little screen space, no ability to move the tab, and so on. Call at 7******** if you're interested. Otherwise, I'm inclined to leave AOL and finally use my gmail account more. It's more flexible at this point. Besides, I don't like the news from AOL. Biased like fake news on CNN. Thanks for reading if anyone cares at the top. BTW, I'm not the only one experiencing the same thing where we live. You may have gotten some positive feedback, but I don't hear that about AOL GOLD. YOur customre service representative is outstanding and has done all she could to help, but the problems are beyond her control. Please listen to her and others who have REAL complaints they don't have time to describe in detail. The problems should have been worked out in the testing phase. Hope you're able to fix them and fix them for APPLE also, where I'm spending more time on both an I Pad, and I MAC, in addition to my WINDOWS PC and I Phone. Have tried all, and right now am inclined to stick with APPLE, where at least I can sometimes get AOL mail under better conditions that on a PC with WINDOWS using AOL GOLD.
