so I get an ERROR code 35
So I get an error code ERR 35 so my mail which has been previously sent can not NOT be sent. Go to help put in my question as to what an ERR 35 is and now have to click through pages 9 pages to find what it is and and why it wasn't sent......give me a freakin' break! Sending multiple emails
Put all the stuff and features on Gold like what we had before on aol desktop. Nothing works including signatures, sending group emails without having undelivered email message. the emails coming back are from yahoo provider which is really something and curious about it also

Flexibililty of font
The names in my email address seem so skewed, it is hard to discern what what I am looking at.,

Favorites will not let you edit folder name & switches sizes when accessed.
Problems with new gold version of favorites: 1. When you edit the name of a file in the favorites box there is no "save" button and if you return to the screen the title reverts to the original title. It will let you make and name a brand new folder but will not let you save and edit...or it is not made clear how to do it.2. When you click on the name of an item saved in a favorite file, the screen immediately enlarges so that you cannot see the left hand margin in the box with all the…

The new "view" folder in mail is awful - how can I get rid of it?

Help! My address book is not working well at all.
Hello; For the last few days, anytime I make a change to my aol address book, I'm getting messages where the address book function is having problems and to try again in five minutes. I wait ten minutes, try again, but continue to get the same message. Yesterday I created several groups and this morning, they showed up just perfectly in my address book. Tonight, all but two are gone. This is really causing me a lot of stress, since I use aol to notify my church family of sickness, info, etc. What's going on? Thank you!

Address Book

I attempted to make a minor change on the address of someone where the address was "dave" to just make it "Dave". However that one address change caused a number of other addresses to jump over into the name box and then have a complete blank in the address portion. I therefore requested AOL to take a recent entire address book for "*****@aol.com" and restore the entire address book with one from a few days earlier on the AOL's files.

Over 50 people reported they cannot put their signature at end of E Mails!
How do you get AOL GOLD to PRINT your signature at bottom of E Mails? I have a "saved signature" and did all the right steps, but HOW do you get that signature to print out on the E Mails. Many people have written in on this...that AOL Gold is lacking the ability to do this!

Billing Snafu
Out of nowhere, I am told I must update my payment information. I was threatened with termination of my service if I did not update the payment method. When I called, I was told it was an issue between AOL and a credit card company.
My payment method has not changed. With all the threats of theft of financial information, I was not comfortable having to input the information.
