gold is very user unfriendly - content is very biased - local news + favorites are a complete JOKE - + their .site performance is terrible + this is an improvement - MSN , yahoo , + etc, have much better performance , formats , email + support wise , PLUS they are FREE -

Every one has a right to their own opinion. I find Gold is keeping up with the advancements of Windows 10. The past AOL had too much clutter, so much stuff that was never used. No one IM's anymore, glad to see it go. I love Fonts, but who needs 200 of them. I would like to have more of a choice of Fonts. Backgrounds are nice, but all the background stuff AOL had, doors, drawers , pop-outs, just too much stuff. No one use's Chat-rooms anymore, people who want to chat is on Facebook or Twitter.. I find the GOLD is much more easier to use and so much less Clutter. Also, AOL is the only E-Mail that has their own DESKTOP software, yahoo doesn't and all the other don't. I appreciate that AOL gives us our own program that we can have. And it is FREE. No matter what AOL does, some one will always be unhappy. AS for me, I love AOL GOLD! And it has upgrades all the time, not like the Old AOL's, they are always improving GOLD! Sure things can always be improved, but for me, I think this is AOL's Best.
