Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

Been Waiting for EMOTICONS for a year now. Originally, sent you a screen Shot as you requested.
Disgusted with AOL after All these years being a member. THE NEW AOL has no interest in Customers or Customer Service. All your effort is directed to advertising, misleading news, and making money. Can get mail at no cost. Why do I keep paying when you don't care. Paul Garvin duknsu@aol.com -

I agree with the comment above. The AOL GOLD is terrible. The old version was much better.

Why do you force this very poor AOL Gold on loyal customers? The previous system was far superior to this mistake. I feel like I'm paying you for nothing. Reactivate the old system until you've perfected the AOL GOLD. Why are you doing this to us?

Never seen a browser that can't keep 2 tabs open, freezes up, won't reload a page that I just visited. I can open my mail, I can open up news stories on the front page, but over and over I have the same problem... this browser won't operate properly unless I reboot, or completely reinstall AOL "Gold" (what a misnomer) please fix this issue. "Timed out" loading page is all it does.

GOLD- it stinks. it's slow, sometimes it loads quickly, but most of the time it's like being on "dial up". Most of your users probably don't know "dial up" is (or was)--that's how behind the times the "new" GOLD is.

Gold sucks .it's slow , it requires many attempts, I'm working on a service that will transfer my mailbox. I will use a specialist to do this for me. Also sick of all the negative articles about my President from HuffPost.

Aol Gold is like having "Dial Up Service Again" It is so slow and you can not write mail offline and save sent it to send later because when you do it wants you to sign on to get the address book. If it soon don't improve I will be cancelling it!! I pay heavy for fast internet and AOL GOLD is not any good. Why don't you people put the program back the way it was!! I am not going to spend lots of time while your people go through my PC trying to fix something with your product that is no good. I have nothing on my PC to make AOL so slow. I have TONS of room on it!! Plus I know its your program because my other friends that have it say the same thing!!!!

If an e-mail goes to spam and want to keep it, The options are (THIS IS NOT SPAM) it goes to OLD MAIL and not to new mails.
Another poor program, GET RID OF GOLD AND GO BACK TO 9.1. -

If you don't want feedback that doesn't suit you, don't ask for it. Deleting users feedback because it does not suit you is the perfect example of a company that should not exist. The merger of Yahoo with AOL should have been denied by the government. The proof is in their continuing deleting comments or feedback they do not like. Seems AOL is destined to be "deleted" by millions of users fed up with the incompetent and over the top bad business practices.

You have hundreds or thousands of requests for the old aol and stick with the new one even though it is not customer friendly, very slow at everything, deletes emails, filled with adds, and costs money. I am sure if it wasn't so difficult everyone would have migrated to a new email client. Your customer service people are good but who ever designed the progam itself I am sure uses another email server.

I see that after 7months after writing this opinion, that STILL none of the comments about the changes have been changed or improved!! AOL GOLD still is awful....makes one wonder if you have programmers on payroll and if you do what the h**l do they do ??? I've been with AOL since the late 90's and have seen good changes but this one is the worst by far~ why is so difficult to bring many of our old AOL back???
