Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

the phone message has to be updated it is the same old message that "we are experiening longer than usual hold times" and on today's date Sunday 1/20/2018...also since Gold is still in BETA why have you taken 9.8.2 away ? we have no option to work with! Gold is such an imperfect system I am sorry you give us no options at this point

Your AOL Gold absolutely does not work. I have used AOL for over 30 years and never had so many problems. I am unable to send out publications that I have sent out for years. The addresses are in boxes instead of being separated by commas which makes it harder to navigate around. I am unable to put background colors on anything, especially my mail. There is limited fonts on email messages. When I try to send out e-mails, a message comes back that mail is not available at this time! Whoever thought they were enhancing this program, totally messed it up. We want our old aol back at once! Could you send me the name of the CEO of AOL?

It is slow! There is no default to set new email to the bottom. There is so much missing. This a horrible mess. You want me to pay for something that doesn't' even work nearly as well as the old free versions! *******!

The major reason I stayed with AOL was the excellent mail handling. GOLD has botched it up.

I have also been an AOL customer since 1998, and I am very unhappy with GOLD, give us back what we had. I am looking at other providers that will be easier than the new gold.

Tried to E-mail a friend also on AOL that I have conversed with many times. Would not send the E-mail 'til I added the AOL.com at the end which I never had to do before. Batting minus 0.

My banks, my medical records, my on line pharmacy etc. no longer recognize my log in name or password. What in the name of **** have you done? Some people do more that play stupid games on the computer.

Give us back the OLD version, till you FIX this "golden" one. It is SLOW, and you arranged our FAVORITES, your way. I have about 1500-2000, favorites, who wants to place in new folders just because you people like it this way. Give us back the OLD ONE and then, FIX THIS MICKEY-MOUSE NEW VERSION.

If you can't fix Gold, enable 9.8.2 for people who want to use until you get AOL Gold upgraded. People should not be forced to go on AOL Gold but it should be,that people WANT to go to AOL Gold. Your upgrades should have a ground rule of being EQUAL OR BETTER THAN the old version. AOL Gold is clearly not that.

AOL Gold is the worst product AOL has ever produced. It is unstable, hard to navigate and does not
even able to allow for the proper gaming sites. BRING BACK 9.8.2. It is far better than Gold. I was told Gold was faster; it is not; I was told it was safer, maybe it is; and I was told it was one of the best products AOL has delivered. IT IS Not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
