Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    Please fix it - is there anything good about the way it works now - never had a problem before - what was wrong with the way 9.8 functioned - this is supposed to be a improvement? Can't find anything good to comment about!

    I have tried to do what you suggested regarding footprints, etc. All of your suggestions are ********. Why are there no responses to those asking for 9.8 to come back until you fix this obviously inferior product?

    Gold is the worst program you have ever designed.....it's not improved! Whats with all the black flashes??? You got rid of all the good features of 9.8.2 in exchange for running ads in EVERYTHING! Sometimes you can read an article the ads have taken over...I could list all the BAD things but it would take all day! Gold really is bad not an improvement

    GO BACK TO 9.8.2 IT WAS GREAT. Well worth the monthly charge of GOLD.

    This is the best advise for AOL that can possibly exist in this world AND ON THIS PLANET.

    9.8.2 WAS GOLD. THE AOL DESKTOP IS FOOL'S GOLD AND NOT WORTH A DIME PER YEAR.

    Hate that you removed Buddy List/ instant messaging 2. cant set up Favorites my way we arent school kids & need you to do it for us! 3.bring back our own sounds 4. Want to choose fonts & colors for emails 5~ chat rooms dont work...url box pops up so you cant talk which is why rooms are 99% empty 6 ~ what happened to printer icon? 7~ New usually implys IMPROVED but sadly 8~ why when you try to switch Screen Names they are listed and showing mail??
    Gold has gone backwards! I'm sure there is more to add to this list but you get the idea....AOL GOLD is ****!!!! Bring back 98.2 it had a few problems but nothing compared to this.......I'm a very long time user...started with dial up and AOL 3.0 So I've seen changes but this S***

    agree I like the old AOL unfortunately its just an excuse to spy on us more so they can find more ways to annoy with all the ********* advertising. I cant even read my private email now with out annoying animated advertising jumping all over the place you SUCK AOL

    I have had nothing but problems and even had a rep give me a number to call that was a phone *** line wonder what he was trying to tell me????
