Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    agree I like the old AOL unfortunately its just an excuse to spy on us more so they can find more ways to annoy with all the ********* advertising. I cant even read my private email now with out annoying animated advertising jumping all over the place you SUCK AOL

    mail is slow to open and very slow to delete.Been a user for many,many years-think this is the end.
    No cooperate decision to do a good job on this-just get it done and charge them-so sad

    It's slower than a snail. Unresponsive, hangs up the computer, many troubles.
    Please give me back ny old version.

    I agree. i have been with AOL for 16 years and every other new version was functional and had features that are no longer available on AOL gold. The only reason why I stayed with AOL is the function to save my favorites file on my computer and start a new favorites places. you used to be able to go to "file' and open previous saved favorite files and now I do not have access to all the files I have saved. Please bring back this function as it was. I noticed just now that there is a "manage" but now you have to replace your favorites which did not even work. Please bring back the option to go to "file" and open the favorites. Please do not change what worked for all previous versions. thank you.

    The emoticons on AOL Gold are useless. Please bring back the previous ones that were available on older AOL versions. Also, there needs to be many other choices for fonts. Some of the most commonly used ones are no longer available on AOL Gold.

    I would not recommend Gold to anyone. AOL said they where going to fix items, to make it better.
    All they did was mess it up. Cannot use your own personal sounds even though they said it would be fixed....and that was last year. Clearing browser history does not work on sign off....the drop down for finance no longer works and to top everything off....they messed up the way I had my favorites set up by putting everything in alphabetical order. If I wanted that, I would have did it myself. Who ever came up with Gold needs to be fired ASAP Its a total failure Bring back 9.8

    I also so NOT like gold. I want the old one back. The ads suck, I also don't want every email coming up on the bottom right of my screen when I'm trying to do something else. How the **** do I get rid of them? Also, in trying to delete old or deleted emails I now have to do them one at a time? Why??? I used to click "select all" and delete them all at one time. No more. This whole new gold sucks!!!

    Does OATH really need the money so bad that you have to run ads in everything?? they invade our emaill...chat rooms that dont work...you have taken so many things members have injoyed for years and years and call Gold improved. Half the time the emails dont even work...or all of your email disappears for no reason!!! Can't take many more "improvements"

    There are more options using Chrome to open AOL than my paid plan. What happened to the option for using stationery on Gold. I am in agreement with most others on this site I've been with AOL since 1998 and you're making me think of changing to another site. Do something for your faithful followers. There are too many things not working correctly; Can't right click on some things I open. I can see the options listed real quickly and it disappears. Too many others to mention. Would appreciate a reply.
