Give back old sign in screen where you can see primary and secondary names and if either has messages.
On the old sign-in screen, you could see at a glance your primary and secondary screen names and if either had any messages. Now you only see one user name and you do not see if it has messages. And when you log into it to see if you have messages, it is a huge waste of time to have to get out of primary name and log into secondary name just to see if you have any messages there. Why would you go backwards and create a sign in screen that's not user friendly and one that purposely wastes the user's time? Makes no sense at all!

Absolutely correct!! What's wrong with AOL? I've used them since I bought my first computer but am changing to another ISP because of this very issue.

I have multiple mail accounts and would like to be able to see if new mail has been added to the other accounts while viewing a current account as we used to be able to do.

Please bring this back soon. I hardly ever sign into my 2nd screen name as it is too much trouble just to check in I have mail there.

Please bring back the option to check if you have mail within other names without actually signing into each name

Hello...Please bring back the option to check if you have mail within other names without actually signing into them.
As slow as it is taking to bring AOL Gold up to speed I am sure my request will be put on the back burner but it truly is a feature that makes AOL.....AOL.
Thanks

Why aren't gold's promised revisions happening? What is taking so long?My post from 2+ months asking for return of the old sign in screen so you can see ALL of your email addresses and see if they have email or not has not done yet. Why not? Others with notes that the suggestion is changing has not changed yet. Why not? When will AOL give members a list of what change is happening and when? My faith in this good-will feedback measure is dwindling.

I agree... I have several screennames and it is a waste of time to have to sign into each one to see new email instead of having the number listed on my main screenname. I've lived through 20+ years of AOL "updating" and this is the worst version you ever created. Surely AOL can afford tech help to resolve this since we are now being assessed a monthly fee for service.

First of all, let me start by saying that I have been an AOL customer for more than 20 years and I am really mad. Bring back 9.8.2. This version stinks. When I try to print my emails, it leaves out half of the previous emails/responses. The old version told you whether or not you had any emails and how many when changing screen names, this one does not. You have to switch and sign on to find out if you have any emails. There are also other issues with the software. And to think for all these problems posted here on this website, and the headaches we are having with the program, you are charging an additional $4.99 per month. What about a refund for the **** you have sold us. What a ***** job. Your software techs need to fix this ASAP or trash it and bring back the old version. Also since your new software has appeared, the email on my wife's and my android smart phone has not worked properly. When I try to respond to an email, the phone says loading info and won't let you send an email. I loaded the AOL android app for my phone and that works about as bad as AOL Gold for computers. My android app shows I have emails, then when I go to the AOL android app to respond, the emails are not there, even when I drag down to refresh. I called Verizon about the email problem and they said they were having problems with AOL and put me on a three way conversation with an AOL rep. Rep said they had issues and gave me a service order number. That was about a month ago and nothing has been done. AOL Gold is not Gold, it's not even Silver or Bronze. It's more like scrap metal. I am a business customer and if you don't get this fixed ASAP, I will be moving on to something that works.

Why does AOL Gold lack the check # of unread emails of other screen names (under Sign Off tab) that was available in previous versions like 9.8.2. Versions like AOL7 even allowed you to know if an AOL recepient read an email you sent him... That also disappeared. Try to get better, not worse, over time

One cannot delete usernames off of the sign on screen, cannot see if you have mail on the different usernames that you could before on the old version-have to click on each of them just to find out, half the time you cannot even send mail out for it won't let you type an email. This is a horrible horrible version. I have been a member for a long time and I am seriously thinking of quitting and keeping my 12/month. You did bad AOL-fix it!!!!

Takes longer to log in. Click new mail - nothing happens! Mail does not open. Cannot see if other screen names have new mail. Slower. Once I finally am able to read mail, then it stays as new! I HATE IT. I'm am looking into switching from AOL because of this.

Just about everything in AOL "gold" is worse than what we WERE FORCED to give up. This is not GOLD. This is a GOLD PLATED ****, and the plating is EXTREMELY thin...

Everyone I speak to complains about this. You have to sign out and then sign in again to check another screen name. Pure stupidity. And why do we now have to go thru so many screens to sign in?
