Try to pull up email, Says wait 5 seconds. Still doesn't work.

Its always lagging,Please try again in 5 mins. It makes me close out the dan*software. Aol is became so SLOW and TRASH. Fix It or I am leaving,

Agree, takes forever to send emails. Eventually they go, but the email is still showing and then have to delete. AOL constantly freezes up and have to close then takes about 5 more tries before it finally loads.

This has been going on for weeks now. Try again in 5 minutes with error code 1200. Try again in 5 minutes, try again in 5 minutes. When is AOL going to fix all of their terrible issues!!! I am a paying customer and am paying to be totally frustrated EVERY DAY!! Get rid of AOL Gold and find a version that works!

All week long May 6 through today May 10 same error message "having issue sending mail" try again in 5 minutes" Computer with freeze so you can't do anything except shut it down to reboot......then it works only to have it happen all over again.....$18 a month for this aggregation..Happens every time you do an update!!!! Fix the issue or stop charging to use your product.....I don't use all the so called "free" benefits, just fix the main things like reading send mail Tired of seeing "not responding", "wait 5 minutes"....sit and watch the little circle going round and round....computer freezing, task master says no apps running but yet AOL is on my screen! ads keep running but mail can't be sent!

The last few days aol desktop gold software does not send emails. I receive a message 'we seem to be having some trouble sending this request. Please try again in 5 minutes. Code ok' and a second message screen on top of the first one that reads 'We seem to be having some trouble sending this request. Pleawe try again in 5 minutes. Code 1200. What is the issue? This has also happened to me in the past. AOL are you ever going to fix ALL OF YOUR ISSUES?

AOL Gold is riddled with problems and systemic weaknesses. Common AOL GOLD error message: "OOps Something Went Wrong" Or, how about "Try Again in 5 Minutes" when trying to send or receive. The AOL "FEEDBACK" and 800# Trouble Shooting techs are near non-responsive and when they are, they offer only lip service and never actually fix the problems. They should all be fired. AOL has been, and continues to be, a Global joke and embarrassment we pay for. As if this isn't enough, AOL GOLD locks up and Crashes on a regular basis and is generally slow. If you have ever called the 800 Number Tech Support people for assistance, they will concur with all of the above. AOL? Sad Joke.  Have you seen this well written AOL Error message? Install more servers. AOL is too slow to start up. Your message to wait five minutes is UNACCEPTABLE! Also, when there is an attachment, "Download and open" takes a really excessive amount of time to execute. If you can't fix it, at least post a "wait" or other message to let the user know it is working on execution! AND STOP your GD censoring - it is not up to you to control what AOL users post!!!!! "SOL" is a good name for you until you stop!

why do i constantly get the msg that my mail is not available? always says to try in 5 minutes; bad request. very frustrating when you are paying for this POS service.

keep getting message: we are having trouble loading your mail....try again in 5 minutes...happens when i try to update address book...have been getting this message for last hour...and this is not first time this has happened...please do something about it.

software fails to load email so you can actually view it. Then you get error messages saying we are having trouble loading email try again in 5 mins. It also kicks you out of chat rooms and brings you back in and kicks you out again.. It takes forever to load chat room lists. And it also takes forever to bring you into a chat room

I am sick and tired of this error message which keeps popping up over and over again. Having trouble loading your mail check back in 5min! Nothings done! JUST FIX THE **** THING!!! It's been going on forever!!!!

Trouble loading mail, "try back in five minutes" in last two days error pop ups constantly especially when doing search in mailbox. So tired of time wasting problems
