I keep getting messages such as: "We are having difficulty retrieving your mail; try again in 5 minutes.

I keep getting messages such as: "We are having difficulty retrieving your mail; try again in 5 minutes. Same for sending mail. Also for updating favorites. Tech has no answer for me. I am frustrated.

    Regardless of how many versions of Gold are installed one thing remains constant. I am continually having issues with opening and sending mail. If I got a free month for every time I saw these messages I'd not have not pay for years--"We seem to be having difficulty opening your mail. Please try again in 5 minutes." or "We seem to be having difficulty sending your mail, Please try again in 5 minutes."

    I am repeatedly getting the message wait 5 minutes and try again to send your email.. repeatedly, REPEATEDLY! I HAVE REPORTED IT OVER AND OVER AND FRIGGIN OVER AS A BUG AND AS USUAL AOL DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. WHY DOES AOL THINK WE HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN WAIT 5 MINUTES BETWEEN SENDING EMAILS AND WAIT 15 MINUTES OR MORE TO JUST SEND ONE? JESUS GIVE US ALL A BREAK AND FIX THIS **** OR SHUT IT OFF, START GIVING REFUNDS BECAUSE AOL SURE AS **** ISN'T EARNING ITS MONEY. FIX THESE ISSUES.

    Why so many issues it worked fine for twenty years now so many things fail! cant send video from play memories home to face book or you tube!

    It does not load quickly.
    When sending email/s, error message "Cannot send now. Retry in 5 mins."

    I'M GETTING THE SAME MESSAGES THAT EITHER MAIL DIDN'T SEND AT ALL OR WAIT 5 MINUTES AND TRY AGAIN, THEN WHEN I CHECK TO SEE WHAT'S GONE THRU, I'M FINDING THAT THE SAME EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT MULTIPLE TIMES. I ONLY CLICKED ONE TIME FOR IT TO SEND, YET THERE IT IS 3 TIMES OR MORE. AOL GOLD IS NOT IMPROVING, ITS NOT SERVING ITS PAYING CUSTOMERS WELL AT ALL. AND IF YOU SAY CALL TECH SUPPORT YOU SURE AS **** NEED TO PROVIDE A PERSON WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH CLEARLY.

    When sending pictures in an email, once they are sent, there is sometimes 30 secs to a minute or so before the message comes up verifying they were sent. Or I get a message saying "we (aol) is having problem sending email, try again in 5 mins." Are you kidding me? Really? AOL Gold is ****!!!

    Just spent over four minutes waiting for five photos to send as inclusions in mail. Also getting E Mail error messages and "Can't send mail, try again in Five minutes."

    What the bloodily **** are we paying for? Scrap the **** (gold) and go back to the systems that work. You guys are not the only net service out there!!

    AOL Gold email will not always send. I get a message that there is an error and please try resending in 5 minutes. This happens frequently. I sometimes have problems where email will not load. Now I have having problems where it takes 20-30 seconds before an email will delete once you click on delete. AOL Gold email is terrible!!

    I get constantly: We seem to be having some trouble loading your mail, please wait 5 minutes to try again............

    Please fix this. I'm trying to create a folder for emails that I want to save to a "specific" folder..

    If I am in a hurry to get a message before doing some task, it is a pain when AOL says they can't access my e-mail and tells me to try again. My first thought is to try another company rather than keep trying AOL!

    Improve network availability. Gets of messages saying try again in 5 minutes, can't process your send or receive e-mail request at this time.

    How come I keep getting "...wait 5 minutes and try again..." or "ERR35" messages when I try to send email with AOL GOLD but my emails go instantly when I use the free AOL version?

    fix this crapp so it works. I am always getting frozen emails that say try again later!

    FIX IT PLEASE OR MAKE IT FREE IT'S WORTH NOTHING you cant even delete mail or it comes back let alone read it always wait 5 min. then try again !!!!!!!!!!

    Even when that comes up, it still sends or saves to draft. That is why there are so many duplicate emails. No one knows this. I have reported this bug several times.
