i was chatting with a tech a few days ago and told him how much trouble i was having with AOL gold i told him i was having trouble with Failed to load URL https://w.main.welcomescreen.aol.com/ with error ERRCONNECTIONRESET (ConnectionReset). he told me to switch to Chrome. and signed off. very rude my idea is to get rid of jerks like him.

    I am very unhappy with AOL.. You are putting yourself out of business with the continued problems..

    My computer will not go to sign in with AOL Gold It happened all of a sudden .. I am to dam old for this ...spending hours & hours to find out whats wrong and to trying and fix it..

    How about a good AOL system that WORKS >>> for the money I pay you every month ???

    I can't get my homepage either!!! What is going on with this. I never, ever had problems until forced to go Gold. If anyone can fix this, please let me know

    i restarted i am not going to start looking around to find out what your problem is you should know if your system is down or not i cant get my welcome screen or anything aol offers so you tell me what the problem is i need to get to my mail!!!!

    More often than not anymore, my Welcome screen does not open...gives some error "message" AOL's service seems to getting worse and worse!!!!!!!!

    All these improvements since Verizon purchased AOL. Service cut out, ads took over, now cannot open Welcome. I have been with AOL since 1988, kept partly for my email address, now looking like they have finally chased me away.

    I have the same problem, I can't sign on. The AOL gold is to slow anyway.Now is another problem.
    BRING BACK THE AOL 9 OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE SORRY SOON. Verizon is not good for Internet and is better to take care their phone line only.

    I am SO disappointed with AOL Gold...........sign on issues, have reported that I can no longer open an article highlighted on the news feed, and now I can no longer get the Welcome screed to load Have restarted the computer MANY times.......use to work some of the time now it never works to correct the problem. Long time customer but very close to cancelling AOL
    Service is **** right now.

    Sorry but AOL Gold sucks. I've had more trouble with gold then I ever had in all the years I've had AOL. I think you should be giving rebates to your customers while you are sorting out your problems. It's a shame we can't go back to 9.8.2

    my Welcome page will not open, can't get my fake news! Seriously, We paid for this service and we expect better from AOL.
