What happened to my email signatures? Why can't I add a new one? Aol Gold stops responding at least 5 times in 15 minutes. What is going on?

The AOL Desktop Gold allows you to create 5 email signatures. For more information about how to create and manage your signatures, you can find here https://help.aol.com/articles/the-new-aol-desktop-using-mail-aim-browsing-the-web
Please report the problem with the software not responding to our AOL Desktop Gold team so they can investigate it further:
1. Click the Help button on the top-right corner of the AOL Desktop window
2. Select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu
If the problem persists, please call 1-888-265-3733 to have one of our Technical Support Agents investigate the cause of this issue.

I see some improvement, but is not all, I want to insert images like before, with links. I set the link but I need my personalized tag images to insert.
