You are using an outside vendor known as Openweb for the comment/conversation sections of your pages and this company is using draconian and unfair practices to block free speech and expression by basing blocking tactics on posting volume and regular participation and not on actual post content.I am a victim of this.I can no longer post anything without it requiring approval no matter what it may be,this includes the words "test","hi" and "hello" even though I generally only participate on the site one of two hours any given day and am by far a lesser offender than many others who are still allowed to participate.I have talked to your tech support for Desktop Gold, which I also have, and have left feedback, this will continue on a regular basis until something is done to restore fairness to my situation. If nothing else people being paid by AOL will regularly have to hear this story. The last person I spoke to agreed that this was an egregious situation.

I don't think the word "the" is offensive. Lighten up on the censoring.

CENSORSHIP of comments left on AOL articles. All comments I have left are flagged by AOL moderators,(NOT OTHER USERS) with this message: "Your comment was rejected as it apparently was not aligned with our Community Guidelines." And because of the rejections, I am now blocked from making any comments, and all of my old comments have been deleted.

AOL: Community guidelines are for thee, NOT for me. Censorship is alive and well at AOL.

AOL: Why do you keep rejecting my comments? Are you just rejecting them, so you can ban me from making any more comments? Are you going to reject this one?

Some moderator at AOL has not only prevented me from making any comments now, he has deleted all comments I have ever made. This is the new America under Joe Biden -- division and censorship for all.

I am being blocked from posting on the comments boards, for no good reason, and I need to hear from management on this!

Ever since the beginning of the year, I have been unable to post comments on AOL articles without being held for review. What's wrong with my comments? I said nothing offensive or vulgar.

I'm reading an article on continuing evolution. I want to give some comments on their conclusions. The article only says that it was written by a staff writer. So, where can I comment on the article?

I have been repeatedly denied the ability to update addresses in my Address Book. I repeatedly get the default asking I try again in 5 minutes. That's been going on for days. Expletives deleted.

Customer since 2003: often enter comments to news feed stories__always within guidelines. Nonetheless, monitors frequently block my liberal-leaning anti-racism comments, while accepting right-wing attacks, threats and insults by hostile posters. The impression is many monitors , than not, are, bias.and tolerant of racist attacks. sharing views is one of the reasons I've remained with AOL since 2003. If this harassment continues, I'll have no choice but leave. DO YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT SOLUTION?

The ideas are to keep your people WHO run the comments or welcome page...out of our comments.......it looks like AOL is for the worse party in life...the democrates..and when I give my opinion one person put a page all by itself telling all the people who they think are right about the dems...I DO NOT LIKE THE DEMOS...THEY DID SOME TERRIBLE THINGS...and if you feel that they are behaving with fairness..tell me now...cause I won't read anything you have to say...even if it is correct

I am not able to make comments any more. Either AOL is screwed or being a total useless waste. If you don't like what I try to post, then fix it so NO POSTS are able to be made. Easy enough. You approve terrible and many typographical errors. And come on, The articles have plenty of errors themselves. It will save you plenty of time and money with not having to be the post police. Or better yet, I can get another provider.

I try to sign up and it just resets. Either fix it or don't let anyone post ever. Simple enough.

AOL doesn't seem to care about its subscribers. I have never used profanity or obscenity. Apparently I am banned from making article comments because it doesn't fit their political narrative.
