Stop deleting posts that you don't agree with. Also have phones reps trained to actually answer questions. One of your employees hung up on me today because she couldn't answer me nor could she transfer me to someone who had the knowledge. AOL is obviously a republican company. I am leaving after thirty years.

I am unable to access responses to my comments which are 24 hours or more old. Font is very nearly illegible.

My posts are constantly deleted from comments sections after a story. They are not profane nor have pictures or offensive material. The moderator(s) are for some reason flagging my screenname/IP and I want it stopped and I feel you owe me some kind of explanation. I am a paid subscriber and am not at all happy with what is going on. Please advise.

HIRE OBJECTIVE MATURE ADULTS TO MONITOR YOUR COMMENTS SECTIONS PLEASE!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! I'd wager the vast majority AOL's comment "monitors" are completely biased against Conservative viewpoints. I know this because my comments disappear or are censored altogether. In the ADULT world your snowflake spineless jellyfish monitors will HAVE TO ACCEPT that the world does not see everything their brainwashed entitled utopia way.

Fix the comment section. After I make a comment, I have to refresh the page to see other comments. I've deleted and reinstalled AOL gold many times

When I click on a response to one of my comments, I get a page that says, "this XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it and proceeds to give me the broken code. I cannot read anything that I posted previously or anything someone replied to me. This is getting old. First it was the sign on to post when we were signed in already now this....What is going on?

stop preventing posted comments in you news articles that you do not agree with. These comments are within the terms and condition of aol and the FCC. You are preventing freedom of speech by deleting and preventing postings that you do not agree with. The subscribers pay for this service and it is their right! A lot of people are taking note of this.

Every time I post a comment about AOL recycling news stories over and over again with new headings they take the feedback comment down without explanation or contact with the subscriber, all I can say is what a ****** way to run a business being paid for by subscribers. They did it again earlier today.

WHERE IS THE COMMUNITY STANDARDS VIOLATION IN THE FOLLOWING POST
Do you really know me?
You have opinions about my opinions, about my music, about my clothes, about my body.
Some people hate what I wear, some people praise it. Some people use it to shame others, some people use it to shame me.
But I feel you watching ... always. And nothing I do goes unseen.
So while I feel your stares, your disapproval or your sighs of relief, if I lived by them, I’d never be able to move.
Would you like me to be smaller? Weaker? Softer? Taller?
Would you like me to be quiet?
Do my shoulders provoke you? Does my chest? Am I my stomach? My hips?
The body I was born with, is it not what you wanted?
If what I wear is comfortable, I am not a woman. If I shed the layers, I am a ****.
Though you’ve never seen my body, you still judge it and judge me for it. Why?
You make assumptions about people based on their size. We decide who they are. We decide what they’re worth.
If I wear more, if I wear less, who decides what that makes me? What that means?
Is my value based only on your perception?
Or is your opinion of me not my responsibility?

Stop calling it a WELCOME screen since you delete peoples opinions even when they meet your written guidelines when they commend on something. That's unconstitutional. If you want to do that delete everyone's opinions.

AOL has blocked me from posting comments to their AOL ARTICLES. They never gave me a reason, and you cannot contact anyone regarding being block. No appeal process. They just block you and that is it. It is not even a temporary suspension like twitter it is a hard block for eternity. AOL NEEDS TO PROVIDE A DISPUTE AND RESOLUTION PROCESS IF THEY ARE GOING TO BLOCK USERS FROM POSTING COMMENTS!

No idea. Just a rant. The fact people post racist, vile things But when I simply say someone is a "harmless redneck" my comment gets pulled because "it violated your policy?" You're a clown show, AOL.

In the past month you have deleted new comments that include the words or phrases "dimwits" "wannabe dictator" and other factual descriptions of Trump and his actions. Just now you permitted a post by a person with the nickname / handle "**** u libs" That's OK but accurately describing Trump's vulgarity and insanity are not? Why?

when trying to type a comment, the comment section keeps jumping up and down and sometimes disappears, then have to back out and start over. Then can't find the comment I was replying to, very very frustrating

Why is AOL blocking accurate words that describe Donald Trump? The words, mentally ill, narcissist, egomaniac, wannabe dictator, self glorifying and the like are all deemed unacceptable. They are accurate. Why are you blocking them? Yet you permit all sorts of anti Democratic adjectives to be used. What is going on there?
