YOUR HORRIBLE AOL GOLD WON'T LET ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD!!! bring back the old AOL!!!!!..... this new "gold" RUSTS! It's no **** good and is as confusing as if you stole into a blind man's home and REARRANGED ALL THE FURNITURE!!! HORRIBLE..... cancelling and going to use FREE gmail!!!!!

You've done a good job on hiding that page. There lots of old (& wrong) instructions, I haven't found the right ones yet.
I'll try calling your help line, but that really shouldn't be necessary if you had simple instructions that are easy to find.P.S. I WILL NOT USE web sites that are NOT AOL.COM

I used to be able to easily change my password. Now when I click on CHANGE PASSWORD it takes me to security and a message that it's fine. Well I want to change it as I got an email that sure qualifies as phishing

Perform the following steps if facing issue like AOL won't let me Reset my Password:
1. Go to the myAOL login page.
2. Click the Forgot Password? link.
3. Enter your complete AOL email address in the User ID field.
4. Enter your last name in the Last Name field.
5. Click Continue.

I cannot get into my account and your page doesn't work. It ask for the city I was born and your page doesn't work. It Really sucks.
