Don't send us to another screen name when forgot password for the screen name we want to sign in. Just give as a windows from the screen names we are trying to sing in. You people send as to the master screen name to get a code, and return to the screen name that we forget the password, this a big time waiting time, and code? why not a new password, and then write it down just in front of that screen name, and not go to the master.. ufff Please this need a lot attention!

Give us back the ability to manage our sub accounts. I need to change the password to one and cannot and cannot access it at all!

Could not sign on with my current password for quite some time this morning. The software demanded that I change my password after yesterday's fiasco and change then wanted to send me a bot phone call with a log on code. Waited a good length of time and was able to sign on using yesterday's password. What gives???
