Scroll bar is way too long

Scroll bars are all over the place on the aol interface.

I constantly have scroll bars on the AOL interface even tho nothing open is anywhere near the margins. Even when only favorites is open. If I move favorites a drop in any direction the scroll bars go away but then they come back in minutes. Also, everything on the interface is huge. For instance when opening the mailbox I used to see 24 entries without scrolling. Now I see 12. This is because everything on the interface is huge. Even the icons are now much larger which makes them fuzzy. My neighbor has the same problem.

I continuously have scroll bars on the AOL interface screen even though nothing that is open is touching the sides of the screen. Most times only favorites is open and nowhere near the sides to cause scroll bars. If I move the favorites a drop, the scroll bars go away, but then they come back I spoke with AOl 2 months ago about and they installed a new version of Gold --- but the problem never went away.
