Would it not be nice if AOL sent out a EMAIL to all subscribers, and Apologized for the inconvenience they have caused, and are looking to bring back most of the 9.8 AOL that it seems, EVERYONE LOVED.

I could go on and on. But from what i am reading, we are getting responses, "THAT THE ENGINEERS ARE WORKING ON IT." Did ANYONE TEST the AOL GOLD with consumers, before UNLOADING what you now have, 80% of Disgruntled CUSTOMERS..
Bring back 9.8. have the engineers, RESOLVE THE SO CALLED HACKING PROBLEM, THAT BROUGHT US AOL GOLD. And if they cannot fix it, Contact the "RUSSIANS"
