It would be great if Gold didn't put HUGE spaces between the graphics in our email. Do you know how ****** that looks?
Why can't our emails look normal after they're sent? They have HUGE spaces between the graphics. I've been dealing with this for 4 months. I believe I've been more than patient.

My idea is for you to fix GOLD so that when an email is written, the spacing and layout stay the way it is written. I put images in email the way I want them to appear to the recipient. When I open the email I have sent, spaces have been added and when I have placed images side by side, they no longer appear that way. That NEVER happened with AOL 9.8.

AOL, your email sucks. It throws in spaces between paragraphs at will. You cannot even rotate a photo in it anymore. You delete an email and it goes into old mail or you can't even find it at all. You try to send an email and it says it is having a problem sending it and to try again. You try to read an email and it says it is having problems with that, too.
None of this is acceptable at all. Get a grip and fix it!!!

Email doesn't recognize that there are two spaces between sentences and automatically throws in an additional space between paragraphs whenever it wants. Also, fix the font situation so that our font will be used when responding to sections of emails instead of the writer's font. AND, get rid of those stupid adds on the right side.

When typing a second line, you automatically drop down two space. Give us back the option select no spacing, 1 line, 1 & 1/2 lines, two lines, etc. Better yet, give us back the old email program!!!

The tech support asked me to pose feedback. It is as if there has to be enough people to complain before you folks will correct. Please do not do that. I have used AOL for decades and I do not want to change my email address. I was using it free and now I pay for Desk top Gold. I would rather pay more than to encounter these difficulties at random. I hope you understand. It takes time to call your tech support. Thank you in anticipation for your prompt action.

P.S. After going back to fix the mess made by that reformatting, I find TABS were inserted between certain areas.. Doesn't "Plain Text" mean NO TABS? .. This reformatting is a not appreciated..

When I have created an email, with lots of blanks spaces and blank lines,
THEN click "Compose as Plain Text", all extra blanks and blank lines as well as 'new line feeds' are removed!!!
The OLD Desktop left those alone.
PLEASE REMOVE that UNWANTED reprocessing
