SPAM FOLDER
Often times things go directly to my SPAM folder which is fine. I usually just delete them and then they used to go to "my recently deleted" folder. I had a way to second guess myself in the old AOL. Now they just disappear from my Spam folder. I would like a second chance to delete them as in the old days. Please bring back that feature at least as an option.

In the Spam folder, the "Delete All" button is in the exact spot that the "Delete" button is in the regular email. In the Spam folder, so often, I think I'm clicking the Delete button, when it turns out I have clicked on the Delete All button, without checking the remaining spam at all. And then it's lost, including a possible legitimate email. In the Spam folder, you could change places with the "Delete" button, so that the Delete button is in its usual spot. That should be simple? And prevent a lot of mistakes. Or better yet, have the deleted spam go to the Recently Deleted folder.

please fix the way the "delete all" button in the spam folder works. I see that others are having the same issue here too. Please either have mail deleted from spam go to 'recently deleted", of add an "are you sure" step, or just move the button away from the other delete button. I contacted customer support and had them recover the messages for me this time, but that process is cumbersome for both you and me. If all of us who have this issue where to start having customer support recover our mail, it would cost you more than simply fixing this issue.
