Everything on AOL is huge because they set resolution at 1280 x 720.
Everything on the AOL interface and elsewhere on AOL is huge because they set my resolution at 1280 x 720. My resolution is 900 x 1600 which it is in other browsers and everywhere else. Because of this everything on the interface is so huge that the mailbox alone takes up 3/4 of the screen, I can only see a few of the mail listings without scrolling down, graphics I put in emails are larger than they really are which is ruining my graphics business, I can only see a few lines of the news at a time, and this is causing other problems. It is causing continuous scroll bars even though nothing is touching the sides of the screen. If I move my favorites the scroll bars go away but come back minutes later. I have complained about this numerous times but nothing has been done. Please fix this. I need to view with a resolution of 900 x 1600... and not 1280 x 720.

I have the same problem. The bottom is cut off because things are too large. So large that on the AOL interface I can not see the bottom of things. No other browsers that I tested have this problem. I've complained at least a dozen times but they don't fix it. They only fix unimportant things that are easy to fix.

I cannot resize my page. No matter where or how I move it, the bottom is cut off. Everything about Gold stinks, from the mail and ME not being to keep it all on one page. I am constantly being forced to "refresh" to bring up mail I want to read again;to no adobe flashplayer, to no recognition on other browsers.

As of 5 minutes ago I am now suddenly back to my normal display setting of 900x1600.. From the first day I took AOL Gold I was set at at 1200-something by 720 I think. Everything was huge. There was no update so I don't understand it, except that I had restarted the computer a few minutes before I saw the change. However, I don't thinmk this is what did it because I restarted a few days ago and did not see this change. PLEASE.... KEEP IT THIS WAY. Now when I check the "What is my Resolution" site it states 900x1600 (where I always was on other browsers. Still, I'd love to know what made this change as I did not get an update.

Windows take up way too much of the monitor and there is no way to make them smaller. You can drag the mailbox maybe 1/4" and that is it! And most other windows can no longer be dragged.

The aol interface and anywhere I go on AOl is huge. Now I can only see a few lines of the news without scrolling whereas before I could read the article in one screen. For this reason I've been using Internet Explorer. Am using less of less of AOL due to all the problems - not to mention the zillions of disruptive ads.
