If I write about a purchase I GET SPAM EMAIL about it. Cut it out.
stop reading my emails and then sending spam offers about the purchasing discussion within MY EMAILS.
To permanently block these emails, you will need to adjust you Spam Controls by following the steps below:
1. Open your Mailbox, and click on “Spam Controls” on the bottom right (below the Report Spam button).
2. Add the email address from which you are receiving these unwanted emails in the box below the “Block mail from addresses I specify” field.
3. Set the Blocked Mail option to “Permanently Delete Blocked Mail”
4. Click “Save” at the bottom.
Please note that by settings the Permanently Delete Blocked Mail option, the emails Identified as unwanted based on your Sender Filter (Block mail from addresses I specify) and Content Filter will be permanently blocked (will not go to the Spam folder), and returned to the sender as undeliverable. Before setting this option, please review the list of blocked email addresses in your Sender Filter and the list of blocked words and phrases from the Content Filter (make sure it does not contain any commonly used words).

Give me back the ability to choose the icons for my bookmarks on the top bar. I can't block spam any more either, you took away the block feature. This gold was poorly thought out and sucks big time.

I am not getting email in my NEW email folder that is OBVIOUSLY spam as it is just numbers and letters mixed up as the address
of the sender. WHY ISNT THIS CONSIDERED SPAM AND IN MY
SPAM FOLDER, which is where I put it and then delete it. If
you are looking for repeat offenders by email address in my spam folder. the number and letter sequence in their address
is never the same, but they are STILL EASILY identifiable as spam -

I keep on receiving spam mails, I have a way on how to manually delete spam mails in AOL desktop Gold. I'm just hoping that you could come up with a feature that will automatically detect a spam then put it directly to spam mails. Please see case 05023272. Please contact me at 5****. Thanks!

Latest: AOL spam filters are now ineffective. Almost all spam gets through. Also, you cannot automatically clear browsing history on exit. It must be done manually. Shame on AOL

Like Gmail and other free services, set something up so AOL can actually send a message to the other party. And actually block it, the email.

The screen name I just wrote about with an overage of spam mail is the one that starts with an H...... not the screen name I am signed in here with that starts with a D.

I almost never use this screen name and access it about once every 3 weeks. In all the years I've had this screen name I never saw more than one or two spam mails every 3 weeks. Since AOLGold I am now getting approximately 50 spam mails there per day. I have checked every day for the past week and that is what I find. I don't want to have have to go there daily jut to delete spam. What puzzles me is why is this happening on an unused nam e when the screen name I use daily only gets 3 or 4 spams per day??PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS IS HAPPENING AND PLEASE FIX THIS.

Allow wild card descriptions such as XXXX@XXXX.EU to be blocked. I received 25 spam emails tonight with the .EU extension and they are all spammers trying to get at my information.
