Mail will not open, can't see old mail, deleted mail or anything. Give up this disaster and give us 9.8. It doesn't make sense to keep beating the GOLD dead horse. Take it down, replace with 9.8, redo GOLD until it works, then try again. It doesn't save you any money forcing trash on us, and now costs you to have people flee.

Desktop gold puts the user back, their was no upgrade here. Most of the time the mail won't show up, or when you open it it can't be read. I would like to go back to the old system at least it did work!

Once a day my inbox emails disappear...poof....gone...I have to quit AOL and log back in to get emails back....and...sometimes when I do that...it takes a while.

I opened AOL this morning and all my e-mails are gone - I closed AOL, waited 5 minutes and opened AOL again - Still No e-mail - HELP

Please....Get rid of "Gold" which is anything but....Go back to 9.2......Nobody will object. You are more liable to lose long time customers, including myself, who are not interested in all the bells and whistles...Just being able to send emails; edit received emails to remove the multitude of blue ink addressees and print the text....That is just one of the "new improvements?" you have provided.

No email program working after several hours. AOL Gold must be running competition with USPS.

I have not been able to read any content from AOL for over two weeks and talked to a representative online who said that they knew about it and have been working on it. Still does not work. Now all my e-mail functions are gone no write mail, no sent mail, nothing. If your services don't work I think you need to issue some refunds to your customers.

In aol gold everything is gone including my saved mail folders VERY IMPORTANT things saved in there! AOL MAIL blank white pages how am I supposed to verify a transaction I need to confirm!?

I completely agree with previous comments. We are now paying for aol after being loyal customers for 20 years and the service is worse. Today we cannot even access our emails. The old aol worked much better, more reliable and faster. I now have difficulty sending emails with attachments because it is so slow. I have a home office and depend on my email service. Please correct the problem and improve aol gold.
