    The new Aol Gold sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The old version worked much better. Composing email was easier and now I cannot paste a number of addresses into the Email address bar. GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT FOR EMAIL AND SIGN ON> IF YOU PAID FOR THIS JUNK YOU GOT RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!

    No AOL email for over 4 hours now! When will this be fixed. AOL Gold is just as bad as the other version.

    The free AOL.com was working earlier this morning as an temporary way of retrieving emails, but now it is also not reading emails.

    And I'm paying money for this utterly lousy, stinking, miserable excuse for a product. It was bad enough before "Gold." I want my confounded email, and I want it now. Swine!!!

    We are also having problems getting our email. AOL come up but not the emails. This service has gone down hill since you started to charge us. Come on, get your act together! My emails are important. This is not acceptable!

    I can not currently get my e-mails and they are not even showing up. This has been going on all morning. There are a lot of issues with this new Gold.

    Until AOL Gold suppport gets their act together on the email problem, you can retrieve emails at the free AOL.com.

    APPARENTLY A LOT OF YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS WANT YOU TO BRING BACK THE OLDER VERSION OF AOL. NO BUGS AND PLENTY OF EASE USING FUNCTIONS!

    AOL Desktop Gold has been a total disaster with nothing but problems and many features in the free 9.8 and former editions that are still missing in Gold. All these problems including having to pay $5 a month!
