    This is ridiculous. I have been an AOL user for 18 years and this is the absolute worse piece of ****. I want my E-mails. NOW!!!

    You have lost another paying customer to gmail. Can't use a system that ALWAYS has problems. Can't send, can't save, have to type everything all over again. This is constant, not an exception. The only email that charges you doesn't work. I have been told no one in their right mind uses aol anymore, and I have to agree.

    I HAVE A BUSINESS AND DEPEND ON EMAILS FOR INFORMATION. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

    this AOL is unacceptable and I am paying for this mess. I have no mail on AOL today, NONE!!!!~ I don't want that game pop up and can not get rid of it, the mail window is completely blank as far as new, old, sent ,mail folders, NOTHING! FIX THIS MESS111111

    Gold sucks, no emails today...lost half my data base because of Gold...Gold created a nightmare for me..

    It's bad enough there is no longer a buddy list or instant messenger, today I can't get to my mail. It never says "you've got mail". And I KNOW there is mail in there. GO BACK TO THE OLD AOL it's pointless to use this anymore and to have to pay for this useless piece of ****!!!!!!!!!!

    With AOL Gold we can expect less with each day. Not impressed with the new show. Now this morning emails have gone south along with other issues. Whole Gold is very slow, need to go back to the drawing board.

    Yes, this is ridiculous! Every time I turn around there seems to be another problem with Gold! Right now can't even access my mail, let alone read or send! What is going on, AOL?!
