    FIX you AOL GOLD and make it available for Free like everyone else!!! Stop obvious spam and phishing and get AOL back to what it was!!!!n And STOP charging for email- no one else does!!!

    Since having to pay for this application now, there have been nothing but problems with it. It should be free until it actually works as good and is an improvement over the previous free version!!!

    fix whatever the **** is wrong that when i sign on and click the mail button the mailbox opens and is completely blank i pay 20.99 a month for the desktop version and expect it to work

    Go back to old AOL. This version isn't working. I'm not getting emails and most of the time can't send them. Have to wait 5 minutes and try again. Today I don't have any emails, the have "gone missing". Not good since I use aol for my business. Please go back to old!

    I DO BUSINESS THROUGH THIS SIGHT AND WITH PAYING, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I EXPECT TO RECEIVE FREE SERVICE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BECAUSE OF THIS DELAY. THE DELAY IS COSTING ME MONEY AND SHOULD COST YOU ALSO.

    tried "check for updates" which appears not to do anything, 2X sigining in and no access to mail. I guess that I'm off to use AOL Shield to read mail after wasting a half an hour. Wish us little guys time was as valuable as all of the big people's seems to be.......

    Is it time to cancel and move on? Too many issues with a simple thing like mail. A pain to change the address...but it may be a must.

    Hire people that know how to work this system and keep it running. I know how to run my business and it will probably involve switching to gmail.

    I just lost my incoming emails. Also when sending emails I keep getting the message that AOL is having problems sending it and to please try back in 5 minutes. I need this fixed.

    Fix the email delay problems NOW or go back to last version before GOLD..
