AOL Gold just about worthless and yet you want over $310/yr. Merely launcing AOL Gold lowers protection level of Tech Fortress
AOL Gold lowers protection level and it does not automatically revert back to the recommended "Medium" level, leaving computer vulnerable. Time for AOL to recognize that AOL GOLD is a very poor product and go back to previous version or lose this customer who has been with AOL since the very beginning. Call the VIP Loyalty customer service and get a non American person who isn't even understandable and who offers all sorts of apologies but no solutions!

About time AOL acknowledge that GOLD should never have been released. My solution - stop paying for a worthless product. I'm switching to free g-mail. I get internet access with my COMCAST anyway. Goodbye AOL -- you refuse to listen and send us to foreigners for help!

Yes, i agree with anonymous. I have paid and upgraded for 30 years so I would have the features
needed to send invitations, handle club correspondence in separate addresses (which you decided we couldn't change after a certain date; I had to delete an address, in order to establish a generic address in place of one updated yearly to show the yearl
Who decided this was a good idea. The unique features of AOL is why I've never gone to gmail or any other mail provider. -

Tech Fortress is a hugely valuable tool I use to keep my computer safe from unauthorized downloads. However, for some time now AOL has been overriding the security setting to open emails (or simply to open AOL). And then the override is left open, leaving my computer vulnerable to unauthorized downloads. Why must I choose between security and AOL email? The ironic part is that Tech Fortress was recommended by AOL as a great tool to protect my computer. Quality control seems to be an issue in your programming department. And yes, I have tried setting AOL as an approved provider, to no avail.
