Need more functionality to use my keyboard with my mail
a) I used to be able to use my right arrow on my keyboard to open the Next mail. but now, with AOL GOLD, I no longer have that option. I must use my mouse, to click on Next, in the AOL GOLD software.
b) I used to be able to use the delete key on my keyboard to delete a mail. Now I must use my mouse and click on Delete in the AOL GOLD software.
this new version is making me use my mouse alot more, to do the same things I used to be able to do, when I used AOL Desktop 9.8.2.
therefore, making all of your customers take even longer to handle their mails.

How about restoring the ability to use keyboard commands, like we had in AOL 9.2? Better yet? How about restoring AOL 9.2 and flushing this **** GOLD down the toilet of bad ideas?

I agree. I find it annoying to read email on my pc now. I used to use the arrow key to get to the next email all the time.

I can no longer use the keyboard to accomplish tasks such as F5 to refresh. Please fix this.
